Where should I place Smart Scale?

Please make sure Smart Scale is placed on a hard and flat surface, for example on tiled or wood floors.

Why doesn't the LED display turn on when I step onto Smart Scale?

1. Batteries are not installed. Install four new batteries. 2. Batteries are not installed correctly. Orient batteries to face the correct polarity when installing. 3. Worn batteries. What should I do if Smart Scale does not automatically proceed to analyse my body composition?

1. Body composition cannot be analyzed when wearing shoes or socks. Step barefoot on Smart Scale and keep full contact with the electrodes to get analysis. 2. Analysis of body composition analysis has not finished. Stand still until the measurement on the LED display locks. Why is my weight measurement inaccurate?

The scale might need to be re-calibrated. To re-calibrate, put the scale on a hard and flat surface, for example on tiled or wood floors. Step on the center of Smart Scale to turn it on. When the display shows ""0.0"", re-calibration is complete. If this suggestion doesn't help, please contact us at support@eufylife.com for more assistance.

Why is there such a large difference (high or low) between two recent body composition analysis results?

1. Please confirm that your weight measurement is correct. 2. Step barefoot onto the center of Smart Scale and stand still until the measurement finishes. 3. Your feet are too dry. Wipe your feet with a damp cloth. 4. Clean the surface with a damp towel and try again. Note: This scale is calibrated to most accurately measure the body composition of users between 16-80 years old. Why does the EufyLife app only show weight?

1. Stand barefoot on Smart Scale and keep full contact with the electrodes until LED display locks. 2. Please update your phone to the latest iOS or Android version and reinstall the latest version of EufyLife from the Apple Store or the Google Play store. For Android devices, please turn on location services and restart your phone. 3. Please reactivate Smart Scale. Open the app, turn on Bluetooth from your phone and then step barefoot onto Smart Scale. Note: Wipe your feet with a damp cloth if they are very dry. What should I do if the Bluetooth connection fails?

1. Change the batteries in Smart Scale. 2. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn back on. 3. Please update your iOS or Android devices to the latest version. 4. Make sure your device is within 15 feet/5 meters of Smart Scale. If these suggestions don't help, please contact us at support@eufylife.com for more assistance.

Can I use Smart Scale when it is not connected to the EufyLife app via Bluetooth?

Yes. If the EufyLife app and Smart Scale are not connected via Bluetooth, the current body composition analysis will sync to the corresponding user ID the next time EufyLife is able to sync via Bluetooth.

Is the basic data (weight, BMI, water weight, etc.) visible on the display, or do I need to download and install the EufyLife app on my device to get the results?

You are only able to read the weight from the Smart Scale display. Other body composition measurements are displayed through the EufyLife app, which also provides a graph for tracking your data.

Can I switch the measuring unit on Smart Scale?

Yes. To change measuring units, press the UNIT button on the bottom of Smart Scale to cycle through and to select between Pound/Stone/Kilogram. The measuring unit can be selected from within the EufyLife app as well.

How many devices can Smart Scale pair with?

Unlimited. Each user can use their own smartphone to create profiles, or you can share a device and have multiple profiles for families under the one useraccount.

What is Smart Scale's measurement range?

Is it possible to sync data with other apps like Apple Heatlh, Google Fit,FitBit,etc..?

Yes. The EufyLife app currently syncs data with the Google Fit and Apple Health apps.

Is Smart Scale suitable for children and the elderly?

Yes. While the weight of children and the elderly will be accurate, other measurements will deviate slightly.
