Video Doorbell E340 and Add-On Chime

Great video and works amazing.

My title should say it all. Reasonable prized for the system I purchased with 6 window and door sensors, a doorbell camera with package delivery, a battery/solar camera that produces crystal clear video at 4K, an indoor motion sensor, and an indoor and outdoor siren that produces enough noise to discourage any burglar. The installation and connection to the Homebase was a snap and could be done by any 8 year old. I also like the alarm options. One of those options is called "Scheduled". It is the best. I set my schedule from 6 am to 11:30 pm to not using the alarm while we are HOME. After 11:30 pm the alarm is activated until 6 am fully automatically. If we leave the house without anyone in it, we set it to AWAY. In all setting modes the doorbell and it's two cameras will always work. It's nice to know that we can go to sleep without having to remember to activate the alarm. There are other options and settings that are equally impressive with AI face recognition that I have not explored at this time since I have only owned the system for 2 weeks. I could have the alarm monitored by Eufy, but with it's capability to record video and notify you by text and video and anyone that lives with you with a break in, I put mt local police department on speed dial, or use my voice to inform the intruders to get the f... out through the doorbell camera and the external camera that the police is on it's way.

Doorbell working great so far ! I hooked it up to my S380 homebase 3. I do recommend people to buy Eufy products. Installing my E22 outdoor lights, cannot wait to see how it turns out !

Very nice video doorbell that not only watches the front entry but also the ground where packages are left. Easy setup and clear images day and night. Ai picks up well without false alerts and battery life so far is fair compared to me going in and out daily. Love how it lights up the blue ring around button and leds at night. So many options with software app makes it very advanced but easy to use. Doorbell chime is loud enough for me and easy to setup, only reason I have 4 stars was I didn’t see instructions how to set the chime once setup on WiFi as a homebase therefore allowing the doorbell to record to the chimes storage. Once chime is on WiFi just add a homebase and set chime as base. So far weather with cold and blowing rain hasn’t effected it so that’s a plus. I highly recommend one to watch packages with its guard mode it will use ai to monitor your packages and if moved it will alert! Awesome tech!

First off, the biggest selling feature for this is package detection and the downward facing camera. Otherwise there are lots of options on the market. In the app settings there is only a motion detection for human or all. There should be toggles for package detection and animals as well. If you enable human detection you get every person walking down the sidewalk. If you pick all motions you get trees, cars, etc. There should be a package only detection for just the bottom camera or pets wandering loose. Same for notifications, you can only get doorbell or all motion detection. There should be a way to only notify when it's a package and not someone passing by. Or to enable for animals if you're looking for a lost pet or want to know which bear is messing with your stuff.

Camera quality is great! The floodlights coming on when the camera is in use at night is really obnoxious and not covert. You can disable this but again it's annoying even when you're walking up to your own door in the dark and get blinded.
