eufy Baby Monitor E20

I love that when the power goes out the camera and the monitor still work. The pictures is clear and the face zoom button is amazing at night when you quickly wanted to zoom right to the face

Works great. My daughter requested as a gift for her due anytime now baby.

It works perfectly arround home (arround 8.000 sqft). The possibility to switch automaticly between wifi and radio is awesome. The possibily to have battery on camera also helps a lot when you just need to carry the monitor on a trip o even changing the room. The app helps a lot also as we can have the monitoring from everywhere and more than one person. The only things I didnt like and would suggert to improove on app/software are: it always asks to format the SD card (could be better if continuos recording as in securtity cameras) and if could have a list of wi-fi connections, not just one (as I migrate from two homes, I awlays have to reconecto to wifi, not a big deal, takes just 30sec).

What's one more eufy product. I have both a Eufy door bell and outdoor security camera. Every one of their products is a breeze to setup and use, this was no different. It's got enough features for me and the ability to take it with me to my office and not have to worry about the cord is great. Price is on par with most of their other products.

Love it. I got this so I can check in on my grandson when he's with his folks!

My son who scours the Internet for the best electronic products found this baby monitor to be the best. I have this, as a grandmother, and they have it in their home too. It’s really a great unit.

This is my second Eufy baby monitor that we have had in the last 2 years. Our original one (the older model) began to lose connection so I decided I wanted to upgrade to the WiFi model. The picture quality is excellent and the screen size is perfect. To my disappointment, the camera did start to lose connection and would only reconnect if I would go in to my son’s room and power the camera on and off (similar to other reviews),After dealing with this issue for a couple weeks I reached out to their customer service to request a replacement. They were extremely understanding and had a replacement to me the following day and provided a return label for the camera that was disconnecting. The replacement was disconnecting almost immediately so I was obviously very irritated at this point and requested a refund. Their customer service was very responsive and apologetic and was willing to refund me and take back both cameras.Luckily before I returned the camera there was an update that came out to fix bugs and connection issues. Since that update we have not lost connection one time. I contacted customer service again with an update and they were happy that it was now working and want to review the camera that was malfunctioning to find the root of the issue to make quality improvements.I was ready to leave this brand but because of their customer service and their ability to acknowledge the issues and wanting to make improvements, I will remain a Eufy customer for all of my baby monitor needs.

A great upgrade from the last model in terms of picture quality!
