Disappointed

I still have not received my wheel. I ordered directly from the Eufy site yet the charge showed up as Fantasia Trading. I’ve received multiple messages stating it’s being delivered but tracking shows it’s still being shipped. I placed this order march 26 and today is April 16. I expected better from this company

Its what i needed

Not the same parts

The swivel wheel that I purchased with this order doesn’t work. It is very loose and falls out of the robot vacuum. Therefore makes vacuum worthless. Unable to use.
