Side motor

Worked great. Wasn’t very hard to put in

11s replacement motor

USPS lost the order. Has been 4 months now. The r11s still works but the side motor is about to fail.

Good but complicated

It wasn’t too hard to install new side brush motor, putting Eufy back together was a whole other story. If at first you don’t succeed, try, try, again and again and again and ...

I’m happy that Eufy sells original replacement parts at an affordable price. This is a huge plus for this brand.

Still haven’t received my order

motor received with severed connector

The motor I received had a visually obvious severed connector lead right out of the box. Since the shipping package was intact, I assume that it was packed that way.
I plan to solder the old connector onto the replacement motor. Hopefully I can get Eufy back alive without waiting 2-3 weeks for another motor.

I really like the how-to video. Kudos on that.

A warning for other customers: have some canned air on hand before disassembling your Eufy.

side brush motor to keep your noisy robo-vac alive

replacement side brush motor for eufy vacuum - it was exactly what one would expect. The replacement was reasonably straightforward - the instructional videos on youtube help. The only beef with the product is its existence - the cogwheels in a high torque application should not be plastic and easily worn off.
It's good that Eufy has the replacement batter, it would be great if that replacement part was NOT necessary

Great parts, but international shipping unavailable.

I am located in Canada and you do not ship to Canada so the process of me getting the parts was a pain.
The quality of the items and the availability of them was great. If you guys offered shipping to Canada it would be 5/5.

parts available, but having to replace them often makes the maintenance quite expensive.

it's nice that you make those internal parts available. allows me to extend the life of my robot.
but those motor assemblies are very easy to break, flimsy soft plastic gears shear off when the sweeping brushes get stuck. this makes those parts (and the whole robot) expensive given their short lifespan. and the robot must be mostly disassembled to replace those parts, a lot of work.
