Rolling brush motor, Compatible with RoboVac 11S,11S PLUS,12,15C,15T,25C,30,30C,35C

Replaced due to loud noise. Not the motor because noise still there. Will just have to buy a new machine. Like it too much to do without.

Didn’t fix the problem despite customer service claiming that it was the issue.
It is difficult to install and I had to pay for it myself, despite the product being faulty. Very disappointing.

The customer service rep was fantastic but the proposed solution did not fix the problem of the rolling brush being super noisy. This is super frustrating.

Little robot vacuum works really well very pleased with it but disappointed that it failed already but at least we have replacement parts that are affordable

After discussing with online techs, I needed to get this part. It came quickly. The video made it an easy install and my machine is working again.

As with replacing any Eufy part, there is many screws to remove.

I would get an "S5" code. replacing the roller brush assembly fixed the problem. Daisy is happy and working well again :)

relatively easy install when following a HOW TO youtube video...our eufy G30 is running like it did when it was brand new !...very pleased with eufy...5+ stars !

Install of this part is not for the faint of heart, had to go to Lowe’s to buy the proper screwdriver and literally almost the whole vacuum had to be taken apart. But it’s fixed now!

Our Eufy gets a lot of use so I wasn't surprised when the motor lost power. We bought a new one directly from the manufacturer and easily installed it by following the video on their website. The vacuum runs like new again!
