Rolling brush, Compatible with RoboVac LR30 Hybrid,LR30 Hybrid+,L35 Hybrid,L35 Hybrid+,LR20

I was so thrilled to purchase this that I actually purchased two and even told my family and friends about it. I now look bad because neither they nor I can get replacement parts. And they send you the incorrect ones when they finally have them in stock. They sent the wrong water tank, brushes, and filters.Why should we go through the entire L/F install process when they sent us brushes that were the same color and I was told they would work on either the right or left side? All of the accessories for the L30-Hybrid + were out of stock when I visited their website. Crazy The only reason I gave it a 4 is becasue I like the vac - it does well.

I bought this straight from the website since I could not find the right one anywhere. This clearly states its compatible with the LR 30 Hybrid+ but it in fact IS NOT! It has a square end when the Robovac has a circular. I have contacted support and they are not helping me at all! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I'm disappointed in this latest vac and these brushes for it as well. The new design is hard to clean and mine keeps gathering hair at one end. Old brush and brand new brush - same flaw.

Please make a tanlge free replacement for the L35!

Make sure you have the right brush for your model. This turned out to be too large, and Eufy wouldn’t send me a shipping label. I then had to jump through hoops sending them the return shipping info for them to refund me the cost of the brush. Not worth it. Order from Amazon so you can get a free, no-hassle return if anything goes wrong.
Customer service very problematic.
