        Don't know what else to say, my robovac goes right past it into areas it shouldn't. It also doesn't come with enough floor stickers to stick to the floor

        Poor instructions on Boundary Strips.

        I received this unit a year ago as a gift and have used it almost everyday. I love it in so many ways but the boundary strip pack did not include any adhesive strips, and the instructions are entirely unclear as which side faces UP. Resolve these 2 issues and I'd give it 5 stars.

        I purchased the strip tape

        I purchased the strip tape to keep eufy out of my daughter's room. Maybe I bought the wrong thing, but the vacuum rolls right over the strips. My husband watched several youtube videos and still could not get the strips to work. I would like to return and get a refund.

        WE LOVE OUR EUFY. SET OF STRIPS JUST ORDERED, DID NOT COME WITH SOME STRIPS OF TAPE , TO TAPE TO FLOOR.

        Eufy RoboVac 25C does not work with the strips so I spent 27.99 for nothing. It still gets stuck under the rocking recliner every. Single. Day. =(

        I am sorry that the RoboVac 25c does not support the boundary strips. Please just place some objects as obstacles to prevent the RoboVac from entering certain areas.

        And we do have some RoboVacs that can work with the boundary strips like RoboVac 30c Max, RoboVac G30 Edge and RoboVac G30 Hybrid.

        Does not work

        The strips don't work, or if they do the instructions included were terrible at explaining how to make them work. The robovac still gets stuck in all the same places. Way too expensive for some strips of magnets that do nothing, and they were sure skimpy on the amount of 3m strips included. My dog seemed to enjoy the strip he chewed up though.
