        Good as new

        Robovac 11S was acting crazy,going in circles and not responding to the remote. Tech support suggested bumper replacement which fixed the problem! Price was very reasonable for the bumper and installation was a snap.

        Front screen replacement

        Had the front screen of my vacuum break. Ordered a new one with fast delivery and very easy to change, the vacuum was up and running again in no time.

        I ordered a faceplate and two brush motors from the Eufy store and only received the faceplate. Customer service was so great by addressing my concerns and getting the missing parts to me within a week.
