I had to replace a brush motor on my 11s max. I completed it successfully but couldn’t get the original bumper back onto the device and work properly. Very frustrating after spending several hours taking the bumper off and putting it back on with the 8 small screws. Had to purchase a new bumper and after several more hours have had the same result. I can’t understand how and why something so simple can’t be replaced.

This part shipped super fast at a great price. Very pleased with purchase.

This is second bumper purchased. Bumpers are only good for six months and will need to be replaced. Also, replacement bumper screw holes are not compatible with original eufy vacuum screws.

Installed without a hitch. Fixed our issues completely.
Was concerned that it was shipped without any protective packaging but no harm no foul.

I ordered a faceplate and two brush motors from the Eufy store and only received the faceplate. Customer service was so great by addressing my concerns and getting the missing parts to me within a week. This is the third interaction I have had with the customer service team since I bought my first Eufy robovac several years ago and I have always received the best service. Thank you for all you do!
