I'm from Brazil.. I bought the robovac g10 and your website here in Brazil is missing several items.. So I bought it on the US website and sent it to an order redirector (shipito), I made a purchase with two items.. They sent two packages .. Now the warehouse charges me almost 60usd to send a purchase of only 30usd to Brazil. So I decided to abandon the order.. And I intend to have it discarded (throw it in the trash). Disappointed with eufy. And one more thing.. Here in Brazil they don't answer messages.. Impossible to talk to the company. Disappointing.
