our RoboVac X8 got the battery error, we tried the tech support tips and the RoboVac X8 still had the same issues. So we bought a new battery, installed it and worked like new for about two weeks. now we have the same issue, A dead RoboVac X8.

Don't trust eufy.com

Don't shop here. I accidentally bought two of these replacement batteries (my fault, I know) and immediately contacted Eufy to let them know. They shipped both and now won't allow me to return one of them for a refund. I understand if I have to pay for shipping but just saying "NO we will not accept your return" tells me they don't care about their customers. Won't be buying their products again.

I bought Eufy more then a year back but its battery died after few month. BUt support team immediately address the issue and send me the new battery to replace.

FedEx Sucks!!!

I still haven't received yet. It has been 15 days, FedEx is terrible... Don't be cheap, use USPS or UPS.... They always manage to get me packages on time.
