Floodlight Cam S330

Purchased a camera that required warranty replacement within 6 months due to glitchy recording, would not record from certain time in the night until 10am or so - the time fluctuates. The second camera worked okay for first few months then was unable to move up to its maximum allowable vision, this limited the recording area. Upon enquiry with the customer support, it was beyond the 1yr mark of the original purchase so would not replace the item. Disappointing.

Had this camera for 3 years. Worked great and loved the product. Until the company did any update. In one update I lost a camera and my door bell. Thought it was strange that the items purchased in the same time frame were the only ones lost on our system. After speaking to the company no one was willing to help. I was offered 30% discount to replace the items. Basically telling me they are no longer supported and they can not do anything.

Quite sad if you ask me as I rave about the system and equipment and had many friends buy cameras. Not sure I can continue to be positive about the system. Now spending more money to update the system. I am not sure I will after the rest of the system goes down.

Let me just say the equipment was never damaged and had no out side wear and tear. I have a two foot over hang on my house and the cameras never got wet or had sun damage. Sad because the equipment looks new / dusty. Wish I could keep talking and selling this equipment.

The smart lighting options and motion detection are customizable and work very well, adapting to my preferences effortlessly.However, the only downside is the mobile app, which can be a bit buggy at times. There have been occasional issues with loading live feeds or receiving notifications promptly. While it’s not a dealbreaker, it does detract slightly from the overall experience. Hopefully, Eufy will address these issues in future updates.Despite the app quirks, this is still an excellent floodlight cam that delivers on its promises. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a robust security option with some patience for the app’s occasional hiccups.

Easy to install and set up. We can go to and from the house to our separate garage and have a bright light. Once tripped, the camera follows the movement. Could not be happier!

Got this to replace a different eufy floodlight 1080 camera combo and this one represents! The setup was 10min update run and seamless integration after. Clear video, easy options, and immaculate 2k 360 footage!!! 100% worth the upgrade… just hoping it stays connected better than its predecessor.Update: it’s been about a month and not one instance of signal loss. Very happy with this model!
