I like the solution that remove monthly subscription and give me total control of video feeds. I still need to find out of I could access my video through pc instead of phones.

First time home owner here and I have researched cameras for months. Originally I was set on the ring system but I’m so glad I chose Eufy.. Legit the simplest install and set up ever. Covers all the areas I need in my home. Once you mess with the settings and motion sensitivity you’re golden. We ended up also buying the flood light camera for our driveway and couldn’t be more happier.

I purchased the home system with four cameras. One of the cameras started having an issue switching from night mode/day. I contacted their support through the app and received a quick reply. They attempted to troubleshoot it but it could not be fixed. They ended up sending me a return label for the camera that had an issue and sent me a replacement promptly. Amazing customer service! As for the quality, the cameras are well made and do not feel “cheap”. The picture quality is great and the entire setup process was a breeze!

Highly recommend this product. Easy setup, low maintenance and monitoring from cell phone feature are all major plus points.

So far the system has been working as expected. Easy to install and operate once I found out how to operate them online. I do wish that it came with paper instructions instead of having to learn how to use them online. Great system for the price.

Received 3 cameras, set up was easy. However, one of the three couldn't operate more than 15 feet from the hub even though internet connection exceptional. Customer service contacted late on a Friday, not expecting reply till Monday. However, I had three email conversations on Saturday and Sunday, received a return label on Sunday afternoon and shipped camera back on Monday. Received replacement camera on Sunday......here's a company that knows what customer service is all about.

I'm always a skeptic to electronics, and having to replace my very old ARLO security system with something new had me nervous. Rather than buying new ARLO's, I opted to instead try a new system. After much research i decided to purchase and "try" these EUFY cameras. Boy, was I not only surprised at the simplicity of setting up, but I was truly impressed with their operation. Even more thrilled in all the variations of operation such as; schedules, cameras individually having so many options for notification, recording, alarms, sound, etc. If you ask me if I think you should try these EUFY cameras, my answer is an overwhelmingly YES. Definitely worth the money.

I purchased these Cameron on a clearance deal and I am not disappointed though. I need to add some solar panels to regularly charge the battery on the wireless units to keep them charged. It is not recommended to record constantly using these cameras as it will run the internal battery charge down rather quickly. Easy to install and set up. The image is of high quality at 4K. The audio works pretty well and you can speak through your phone's microphone and hear back through your phone as well from the camera speaker. Overall very quality cameras and on clearance it was a great deal. You can also expand the storage for your videos if you so choose.
