        I think it costs too much I wish I could have bought parts for the charger base instead of throwing out that much plastic.

        replaced the charging base

        The original charging based stopped working (after a number of years). I was happy I could replace that part instead of having to add the entire Eufy Vac to landfill!

        Was as expected

        Product was what was ordered and arrived early. Still frustrated that I had to buy a replacement base 8 months after original purchase. Should have been covered by warranty.

        Garbage Device - Buy a RoboVac or something else. Eufy will break your heart.

        First failed after a year with minimal use. Replaced it with a token discount from Eufy. Now the the charging station has died on the new one after 18 months, again, with minimal use. When a charging stations dies...indicative of really poorly constructed product. Seems to be planned obsolescence as they love to sell you parts!

        My RoboVac only lasted about

        My RoboVac only lasted about 7 months. Now it won't run at all. Installed a new battery bought a new charger and still not working.

        Disappointed

        I loved the vacuum but we’ve replaced just about everything we could and it refuses to go home. Sorry to see this vac only last a year or two and then just gives up.
