Didn't come with necessary screws

This part didn't come with the screws needed to attach it. After numerous emails to customer service, I was told the screws are discontinued and they don't know the screw size. Eufy then offered me a "deal" on a new robot vacuum that was $65 more than it costs on Amazon.

Not Rubberized - Bad Part for G32 Pro

This wheel assembly is the proper fit for my vacuum, but since the wheel within the swivel is not rubberized, it cannot grab the floor and stalls upon transitions over bumps > 0.08" (2mm) and from carpet to hardwood. NOT A COMPATIBLE REPLACEMENT FOR THE G32 PRO MODEL.

Part for Vacuum- Swivel Wheel

I needed to repair my Dufy vacuum. The repair was necessary due to hard use, bit the fault of the robot or its manufacturer. I was able too determine the problem, find diagrams, get exact part needs, and repair the robot. Price and quality of the replacement part was more than reasonable. I am very satisfied and happy.

Wheel seemed to fit and work fine. However, shortly after that my whole robot went wonky and I had to buy a new robot. That part wasn't so much fun.
