eufy Dust collector,Compatible with RoboVac G30 Hybrid, G20 Hybrid

I received the wrong dust collector which was my fault for not reading closer. But when I contacted the company, they made it too difficult to return an eighteen dollar purchase so now all I can do is throw it away and take it as a lesson learned. Very disappointed. Originally ordered from Amazon but received the wrong dust collector. Went on Eufy website and ordered the correct one which was less expensive. I love my Eufy and it’s easy to clean.

Very bad capacity since the inlet is only 1-2 millimeters above the bottom of the bin, spills out cat litter as it moves around my house

Dear Eufy: August 30, 2021

The reason I had to replace my Eufy 11S MAX Dust Collector was because one of the pins holding the the top and bottom disappeared. I thought I would buy two to have a backup bin.
Both of the new dust collectors fall out while vacuuming. Defeats their purpose. I noticed the new ones didn’t have a roller on the bottom as the original one. Please see my photo (top bin is my old dust collector and the bottom is one of the new collector’s. This may be why they don’t work. Unless I can have the same as the original bin, I will be returning these for a full refund.
