eufy L60

I’ve been a long-time user of eufy products, and while I’ve generally been satisfied with their quality, my experience with the l60 robot vacuum has been extremely disappointing and even dangerous. Over the past several months, I’ve faced repeated issues with the brush mechanism, which melts and severely damages the unit, making it almost unusable. Most recently, the vacuum came dangerously close to catching fire in my home, which is a major safety concern.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, the solutions offered—like a minimal refund or replacing the same faulty model—haven’t addressed the root of the problem. To make matters worse, one of their phone agents hung up on me during a call, adding to my frustration.

I’m urging eufy to take this matter seriously and offer a more suitable replacement model or a full refund. As a loyal customer, I expect products that are both safe and functional, and I hope my concerns can be resolved soon.

I’ve had the 11c for years & it was giving out on me so i decided to upgrade . Once i received it & started it up i realized immediately it was a bad buy . But i like to give things time before doing reviews . The one brush barely picks up anything . The app where you can manually control the robot is not as the 11c was ( easier ) . & it’s supposed to be less noise . It definitely isn’t . So if you’re contemplating purchasing one , just go ahead and purchase an older model . Sadly i let my return days run up so I’m stuck with this one .

Hooked up to our 5G WIFI. Mapped the house out and cleans when ever selected to clean.

We love this vacuum and brand! We had an older vacuum of the same brand that we loved for years and when it got to the point of needing replaced, we knew we had to get the same brand!

I currently have 2 short haired shedding dogs in my home. This is the first time in my life to own one shedding dog, let alone 2. It’s been a nightmare keeping up with the pet hair. And I have dark flooring so I’m constantly reminded I have work to do. I finally decided I needed additional help to keep up. Let me tell you. This robovac is a lifesaver! Super easy to set up in the app. The first thing I did was let it auto map. It looked to be wandering aimlessly and my hopes were momentarily dashed. Then since I have an open floor plan I set up a “zone” to see how it would do. Well…the first picture will show you all it picked up! Crazy and gross. That’s a week’s worth of dust and hair just in the living room! The second picture shows the path it took - super smart and thorough! And it talks to you: “connected, dust bin removed, low battery finding home, charging” etc.It did that room in 31 minutes without a full charge. Once charged I set up the other rooms and it completed those in about 40 mins. I made the bathroom a “no go zone” due to the fluffy rugs.After the first cleaning that morning I set up a schedule for the evening so that it could start from a cleaner surface and take care of it every evening. My sanity is saved!!!

This is a great little vacuum with lots of suction. But the one I got had a glitch. It wouldn’t go out on its second round to finish the complete house. It would start out and then just stop about 12 inches from base. I hope Eufy works on this error because I would love to order this model again.

This product was great. It worked super well got my house really clean. It just stopped working a few days ago. I have reached out to the manufacturer for warranty support and haven’t heard anything back. I am really frustrated with this product. I wish I could return it. I bought this back in July. I can’t believe it only worked for a few months before completely stopping working. It keeps saying laser sensor may be blocked but there is nothing blocking the laser sensor. I am unsure if I would buy again given the lack of support from the manufacturer.UpdateThe manufacturer got back to me and is shipping me a replacement. Will update once it arrives and I see how it works.

La verdad tenía mis reservas, pero resulta que es realmente muy buen producto, inteligente y aspira las alfombras ( que eran mi mayor preocupación) de forma excelente!

This vacuums detection is fantastic. Sucking power is great as well. App is very functional and easy to use. Highly recommend.

A friend who has a dog recommended this product. She said it worked well and was a budget-friendly option. So, when I saw it on sale during the last Prime Days, I bought it, and I am glad I did. I have a dog and 4 cats, so managing the pet's fur is always fun. I am happy that I did spend the money on it. After using it for a week 2xs a day, I am pleased with how much dirt and fur it is picking up. I recommend this product, especially to people with pets.
