You're ducking kidding me, right?

You sent me bags because you have ALREADY charged my credit card for the X10 Omni but HAVE STILL NOT SHIPPED! Additionally, after sending the bags you send another email stating they may not fit the X10. I am ducking livid at Eufy. You take my money, and a lot of it, then not ship it then send incorrect bags to a product I don't have. Do you really want me to post this review on Facebook?

LOVE THIS PRODUCT

I'm surprised how good this product actually works. I'm always concerned with certain products due to pet hair. Typically they don't work very well with pet hair. My floors have NEVER been cleaner. I love how consistent it has been every time I've used it. I was vacuuming almost daily due to our pets and the Eufy works better than my vacuum. I've recommended this product to several of my family and friends.
