Outdoor Cam E220

I bought these for my horse stalls and while they were a good concept they absolutely suck for that purpose. The resolution is good and that is the only reason I am giving two stars.
1. Eufy doesn't provide any phone support even though they list a phone number. When you contact them via email, it's like going round and round with a toddler that doesn't pay attention. They just keep repeating the same things over and over even after you tell them you have done all of that. There is no solution to any issue you have.

2. We mounted these just like the instructions said, and put them out of the reach of the horses but if a horse kicked, they fell. When they fell the wires got ripped out so they were destroyed within the first month or two.

3. We put a few outside as well and you guessed it, a heavy wind came through and those poor excuses for magnets didn't stand a chance. Down they went!

4. They go off ALL THE TIME too. Even though I have sent it in numerous times and reported the horses for not being humans they still get detected as that so you can imagine, every second the camera was going off! BTW, I have 22 of these things in stalls so my phone was going off like crazy.

5. The AI stuff doesnt work. I cant get it to detect humans and not animals.

10/10 would NOT recommend these for anyone looking for a solution to cameras in their barns.

It has a clear picture, tracks people... and animals. Sometimes, it confuses my dog as a person. Easy to install.

I love this security light.

I have used, Arlo, Blink and Ring, Eufy beats them all. Love the motion tracking feature.

Have 2 installed on house for two months. Install by electrician was quick and easy. Everything seems to work as described.Only criticism is that the telephoto lens does not focus on the triggering thing, such as person or pet. Needs software fix.

Does what is advertised. Great video and pics. The best, no subscription or fees.

One of the flood lights not working after installation. Camera great.Return date passed by the time we got it put up by the electrician. We are awaiting word from Eufy regarding the warranty. Will keep you posted.

Mounting camera to wall mount was difficult for me. Couldn't get both screws in to secure camera to wall mount. Had to improvise. Camera and light- 5 stars. Works great.

Super easy install and configuration and works really well. The motion detection, video quality, etc. are all top notch.We even were able to put it to use immediately with the camera catching some illegal shenanigans in our alleyway and the footage helped the police catch some people who were stealing from garages.

I had this camera for a while and it worked ok, but then I purchased the E330 with HB3 and since then the camera will not function correctly with the HB3. It says it will stitch with other cameras to cross track but since it will not stay connected to HB3 the cross tracking rarely works. I have been emailing support for 2-3 weeks and every week it is getting elevated and told someone will get back to me. Its been 3 days and no one has gotten back to me. No one can give me an answer as to why this camera is not functioning like it should. ALSO the thumbnail in events will show someone was recorded, but when I view the video the person is already walked out of the video. This happens over and over.
DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA.
