Was exactly as expected

Now I have a spare battery!

The battery works fine. It was a replacement but was not identical as it
was revised to be charged by a USB C. I think that would be helpful information for the consumer to know during the time of purchase.

Great little unit

Once set up let us know when someone was near.

Going Strong

I bought the smart lock and a back up battery in Jan of 2022 so I can swap out the main whenever it dies. It's now Mar 1, 2024 and both batteries are going strong. Each charged battery last up to ~7 months before I have to swap out. Zero problems.

New USB-C

Great to get a new battery that uses USB-C to recharge!

A much-needed spare battery.

Thanks, Eufy, for finally stocking these spare batteries. Now I can swap out one that is almost dead with a newly-charged one and not have to leave my door "naked" while recharging the old battery. Now I'm going to buy another for my other Eufy lock. Now, how about extra keys?!

Needs work

This battery cannot keep a charge for more than 14 days, unlike the battery it replaced. Quite a disappointment considering its price.

Extra Battery

I purchased the battery to have an extra one. It did not fit the USB cord that arrived with the smart box. Sent an email inquiring about another cord or battery and never heard back.

Battery dies after 1 year 10 month

While the lock works great, the batter doesn't. I have same experience as in other review. I purchased the lock in March 2022. In Jan 2024 the batter no longer holds charge. I have to recharge every couple days. I don't think a product is reliable if the battery doesn't last. Does Eufy create products just to sell battery?
