Best pump ever

Got the eufy breast pump and it works amazing! Gets all the milk out of my breasts and relaxes them with the heat setting! Never buying anything else.

Awesome and Convenient

As a mom of 3, it was tricky to pump and often it meant waiting which could sometimes be painful. The S1 Pro is amazing! I had the Willow with my middle daughter and it really didn’t get the same output that I got from my Spectra pump. The Eufy S1 Pro gets about the same output and the heating option really helps with letdown. Highly recommend this pump to anyone, but I especially moms of multiple kids!

Worth the price

This is my second hands free pump. I went with a different brand but it the motor broke a month into pumping at work. I decided to pay a little extra for this set and I’ve been pleased so far! The parts have quality pieces! They are easy to assemble and wash. The heating feature is also nicer than anticipated! I also LOVE the discreet carrying case and love that they can charge in the case even more!

A great pump! Very good quality, love the heating element and the charging case. Getting at least twice the output I get with my Medela freestyle.

Terrible

It’s okay

I like the heating feature. The app kind of sucks: it lags when you open it and the features aren’t as good as some of the other wearables. I also found that it is different to clean the container with wipes (when on the go). The crevasses are just too small to reach. I also feel like the suction differs from each pump.

Love it but

Love the pump just don’t like that you have a buy didn’t flange inserts that are not an Option on the website. So you have to go through a third party And hope they fit.

Love the pump, HATE the customer service

My new pump came dirty & clearly used. One of the pumps has scratches on it, and the buttons on it are brown & dirty. The stickers are also not in correct places.

I would love to get an exchange or replacement for this pump, as I still want to use the pump, but have had a terrible experience with customer service. They have told me they will not replace the pump.
Overlall looking forward to finding resolution with my customer service issue.

Best I've pump I've used!

Love the Idea but Poor Output

I love the idea of this pump but had extremely low output. Unfortunately the return policy is terrible. Other pump brands offer returns for 30 days. Wish I just went with momcozy instead. It’s not worth a $350 risk! Do better Eufy and don’t trick customers with “30 day money back guarantees”. That suggest to a customer that what they are purchasing comes with a guarantee if the product is ineffective. Not that it’s a 30 day back guarantee on an unopened product…no customer can know if something works until it is opened. Extremely disappointed!
