How does the 1-button emergency response work?

The 1-button emergency response alerts Noonlight, a 24/7 professional monitoring service in case of emergencies. They quickly dispatch police to your location or disable the request if there was a false alarm.
There are two ways to trigger the SOS:
1. Via the PANIC Button on Smart Safe. The keypad will flash and indicate you to use your PIN or fingerprint to confirm the SOS. Smart Safe will also open at the same time.
2. Via the eufy Security app.

Am I alerted when someone tries to break into Smart Safe?

Yes, Smart Safe detects tampering and sends an alert to your phone.
