        The sponsor of this eufy competition (the “Competition”) is Fantasia Trading LLC (“Sponsor”) of 5350 Ontario Mills Pkwy, Ste100, Ontario, CA, 91764, USA.
        By submitting an entry to this eufy competition, participants agree to these rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding and not subject to appeal.
        This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram. TikTok, Facebook, Instagram is not responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this Competition. By entering this Competition, participants hereby agree to release TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or Youtube from any and all liability whatsoever (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law).

        ELIGIBILITY

        The Competition is only open to (a) legal residents of the United States, Canada, Germany and United Kingdom at the time of entry, (b) those who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, any third party engaged by the Sponsor in connection with this Competition and all of its respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their directors, officers, employees and agents, and each of their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiaries entities (collectively, “Competition Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (e.g., parent, child, sibling, spouse and their respective spouses and their “steps”) and any persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter this Competition.

        PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING

        The Prizes associated with this Competition are:
        • Gold Prizes: 6 Winners - Each receives eufy security products valued at $500, chosen from their top 3 wishlists.
        • Participation prizes for all participants: 200 eufyCredits per submission entry (Each participant with the same email address will get no more than 600 eufyCredits from this Competition.)

        THE COMPETITION AND HOW TO ENTER

        The Competition begins at 00:00 AM PDT on 20 December, 2023 and closes at 23:59 PM PDT on 3 January, 2024 (“Participation Period”).
        To enter this Competition, participants should upload their videos via the submission form or upload their videos via Giveaway post in Facebook group or donate their videos by Event Page on eufy Security App. Following this, participants should complete and submit the entry form, and follow at least one of the official eufy Security accounts: @eufyOfficial on Instagram, @eufy on Facebook, or @eufysecurity on TikTok.
        All entries to the Competition must be submitted and received by the Sponsor during the Participation Period. Any entries made or received by the Sponsor after the Participation Period will be void. It is acknowledged by participants that it may not be possible for the Sponsor to see entries made should certain privacy settings apply to social media accounts. Any entries made that the Sponsor cannot see will be void.
        Participants must have shared their content, and followed the official eufy Security accounts on the abovementioned social media platforms, and submitted the entry form in order to enter the Competition. Any entries submitted via any other means will not be accepted. Participants confirm that their submitted content does not contain material that is (a) anything fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (b) anything defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (c) anything that promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; (d) anything that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (e) anything that infringes upon, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy; (f) anything that violates or encourages conduct that might violate any applicable law or regulation or give rise to civiliability; (g) anything violent or threatening, or anything that promotes violence or actions that might be threatening to another person.

        WINNER AWARDED

        The potential Winners will be selected by the Sponsor on the following basis:
        • Gold Prizes:
        • 6 participants will be selected by the Sponsor and the Moderator from “eufy Security Owner Cameras Facebook group” on the basis of the creativity displayed and the best fit of the content theme.
          • The content theme include natural wonders showcasing the beauty of nature, family frames featuring their family moments, celebrations, and daily life, comical clips featuring humour, pranks, jokes, or funny situations, security spotlight highlighting safety and security issues and product playbook showcasing and reviewing product.
        • Participation prizes for all participants: 200 eufyCredits per submission entry (Each participant with the same email address will get no more than 600 eufy Credits from this competition.)
        The potential Winners will be announced on or around 10 January 2024 in a post on the @eufy TikTok/Facebook/Instagram channels and blog.eufy.com using the names submitted in the entry form unless the participant notifies the Spensor that they do not wish for the Spensor to make these details available. Winners will subsequently be notified via email by the Sponsor. The email will contain more detailed information, so participants must provide a valid and accurate email address.
        Participants agree that, in case they are announced as Winners, their names will be included in a Winner’s list and that such Winner’s list will be publicized to other participant upon request.
        IT IS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT EVEN IF DESCRIBED AS WINNERS IN THE AFOREMENTIONED POST, THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR ENTRY WILL STILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN ORDER FOR THE POTENTIAL WINNER TO BE NAMED A WINNER AND BE AWARDED A PRIZE.
        The Sponsor is not responsible should the privacy settings chosen by a participant make it impossible for the Sponsor to notify the potential Winner in the manner previously described or for any changes made by a participant to their email address. If any potential Winner does not respond to the email sent to them by the Sponsor within 10 working days, or in the event that a potential Winner is not contactable, then the potential Winner will be disqualified BUT NO POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE SELECTED IN THEIR PLACE.
        Entries that are not made in accordance with the Official Rules will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential Winner if the Sponsor determines or has a justified suspect that the Winner is participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour and to disqualify any entry which the Sponsor believes is fraudulent. Furthermore, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential Winner or entry if it in its reasonable discretion determines that the potential Winner or entry may bring the Sponsor, either of their brands or the Competition into disrepute, if any entry contains any unacceptable content to the Sponsor, or if it determines that, notwithstanding the potential winner’s acceptance of these Official Rules, a breach of these Official Rules has or is likely to have occurred. The Sponsor reserves the right to use its reasonable discretion in all respects regarding the proper execution of the Competition. In case of any breach or (attempted or actual) circumvention of the conditions for the Competition as stated in these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to use any remedy it deems appropriate in accordance with the Official Rules and applicable law.. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any participant that has not complied with these Official Rules and to verify the eligibility of a potential Winner. Failure to provide any documentation reasonably requested in order to verify that a potential Winner has complied with these Official Rules and/or is eligible to be a potential Winner within 1 day of a request shall result in the potential Winner being disqualified. IN THIS SCENARIO, NO POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE SELECTED IN THEIR PLACE.
        Should there be a dispute over the identity of a potential Winner or actual Winner, the entry made will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person who is assigned the email address or other identifier against which the relevant Facebook, TikTok, Instagram accounts have been registered.

        PUBLICITY

        By entering this Competition, participants hereby grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, free of charge, perpetual licence to use any content submitted in the submission form (collectively the “Licensed Material”), for the purpose of execution of the Competition in accordance with the Official Rules and (if relevant for the aforementioned purposes) to name the participant as a winner of this Competition in any media and for any promotional purposes in any media in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
        Participants warrant that (i) they own and control all the Rights in and to the Licensed Material; (ii) they have full right, power and authority to submit and grant a license to use the Licensed Material and to enter into this Competition; (iii) the licence to use the Licensed Material and the Sponsor’s use of the Licensed Material shall not: (A) violate, misappropriate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to consents, property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights, (B) be defamatory, libellous, obscene or otherwise offensive or be derogatory or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of third parties or of the Sponsor; or (C) be in breach of any applicable statute or regulation or entitle any person, entity or body to institute proceedings against or claim any payment in connection with the use of the Licensed Material.

        INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY

        The participants are fully liable for their entry and submission of Licensed Material in connection with the participation in the Competition. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Competition Entities (collectively the “Released Entities”) from and against all claims of third parties, in particular claims for infringement of copyright and personal rights, which may be asserted against the Released Entities in connection with the use of the Licensed Material in accordance with the Official Rules. The participants are furthermore solely responsible for the compliance with any applicable laws regarding their acceptance, use or possession of the Prize. In particular, prize recipients will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, interest and penalties due; international prize awards recipients may be subject to withholding taxes, which will be deducted from their payments. Any mandatory warranty and liability provided by applicable statutory law regarding the quality of the Prize itself and any act by the Sponsor in connection with the provision of the Prize to the Winner remains unaffected thereby.
        The Released Entities are not liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these Official Rules in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, unauthorized access, technical malfunction, software or hardware failure, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure (“Force Majeure Events”).
        Furthermore, by participating in the Competition, participants agree that the Released Entities are not responsible for, and therefore forever and irrevocably waive, release and hold harmless the Released Entities from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees (including legal fees), and expenses in connection with: (a) any entries that are late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, delayed or rendered invalid due to incorrect participant data, lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason whatsoever that is attributable to a conduct in the responsibility of the participant; (b) technical or human failures or errors of any kind on part of the participant; any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participant’s participation in the Competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (c) any cancellation of this Promotion; or (d) if it not possible to award or deliver any prize due to circumstances beyond the control of the Released Entities.
        If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the Released Entities’ control, including the Force Majeure Events, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Competition, and Sponsor will select a winner from all valid, eligible and correct entries received by Sponsor at the time of suspension. The Released Entities shall not have any further liability to any Participant in connection with the Competition.
        The Sponsor’s liability for gross negligence or intent, for injuries to life, body and health as well in accordance with any applicable mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

        GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

        This Competition and these Offical Rules, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA and Participants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Competition and these Offical Rules in the courts located in the State of Delaware, USA. If you are a participant resident in the Canada, German or United Kingdom, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident and you may bring any dispute which may arise to the competent court of your country of habitual residence.

        PERSONAL INFORMATION

        The Sponsor is the controller of any personal information participants provide when entering this Competition. The Sponsor in this regard collects participant’s personal information that are submitted by using the entry form (particularly the e-mail address) and in connection with the response to the Sponsor’s e-mail on selection as a winner (particularly name and address). Furthermore, the participant submits its social media profile and any personal data in the content shared for participation in the Competition. The personal information that participants provide in connection with participating in the Competition will be used only for the purposes of participant’s entry into this Competition, to conduct and administer the Competition and to fulfil prizes.

        1. How to receive the prize:
        eufy will contact the winners by email submitted in the submission form 10 working days after the announcement of the awards and the winner must reply within 10 working days to ensure their prizes are received.
        1. How many times can I submit?
        You can submit as many times as you like. Submit your best and most captivating content, but remember that submitting the same asset multiple times will not increase your chances of being selected for a prize and you will get no more than 600 eufy Credits from this competition for participation prize.
        1. Can I receive multiple prizes?
        Absolutely. There's no limit to the number of prizes you can receive or the number of submissions you can enter. We're continually searching for our favourite submissions, so keep them coming!
        1. What content should I not submit?
        Here are several examples of photos and videos you should most definitely not submit:
        (a)Anything fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive.
        (b)Anything defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive.
        (c)Anything that promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
        (d)Anything that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group.

        1. What are the potential ways that eufy uses my submitted content?
        Including but not limited to eufy Official channels like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, eufy Blog etc. Additional uses may include eufy online promotional materials.
        1. If I receive a cash reward, who will pay the taxes?
        All payments distributed by eufy are exclusive of taxes, duties Ievies, tariffs and other governmental charges. Prize recipients will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, interest and penalties due. International prize recipients may be subject to withholding taxes, which will be deducted from their payments.
        1. If my submission is selected, how will I get paid?
        If you're selected for the prize, you'll be notified by email with directions on how to receive your prize. eufy will make three attempts over a 10-working-day period to request the details in order to fulfil your prize.
        1. Do I need to think about rights and clearances?

        Yes! Thanks for asking. We want to respect our friends, neighbours and fellow artists, so you'll need to obtain additional documentation for any recognizable people seen in your photos or videos. eufy can not use anyone's image without their permission.

        Yes! If you don't want to add music, simply submit your raw clips from the eufy Security App.
