Video Doorbell (Wired) S330

I have attempted to set up this doorbell for days, and it does not work. Eufy tech support is useless and can only suggest things like "re-install your app" and "clean the lens". I have four eufy floodlight cameras that installed and worked great, but this doorbell is useless. I highly recommend people avoid buying it because you will just have to replace it with a different brand after wasting tons of time with hapless eufy support.

I have been using eufy Video Doorbell (model S330) for over a year now and this has far exceeded my expectation. I get near real time notification on any movement as well as package delivery. The second camera (at the bottom) allows me to keep an eye on the unattended package as well
The motion detection range is pretty impressive during day time. The night vision (even without a porch light) works reasonably well also.
Installation has been very easy. There were some initial hiccups with wi-fi connection but in retrospect it was more of an issue with my older mobile device. Connection and setup, especially on iPhone was flawless. And yes, I do have a dual range wi-fi router (supporting 2.4 and 5 ghz at the same time) which was not an issue either
The only qualm I would say has been when I switched my ISP service provider. I had to literally start from scratch to set this up (which began by unhooking the device and disconnecting the wired connection). But the overall value far outweighs that inconvenience
The supplied chime works when someone actually rings the bell :) usually we interact way earlier than that when there is a need
For us the in built storage is more than sufficient and has been extremely helpful in a couple of situations. One less monthly subscription to worry about
This was the first (and only) video doorbell product used at our household and I would definitely look for eufy should there is a need in future

Love the fact that it is not subscription-based like many other brands out there.Also has great camera quality with nice human/ motion sensors.The instructions provided for the installation are easy to understand as well.

This Eufy device was pretty easy to install and it works just great! The only thing is that I wish that the doorbell feature was louder....If there is a way to do that, then I'll come back and give 5 stars....

Easy to set up. Works very well. I would recommend this doorbell.

The quality of the video's is great, the price of the video door bell is fair and there are no extra charges to be able to use it for the reason I purchased it, RECORDED VIDEO.

Video and camera is great. Replaced my first gen eufy video doorbell with this model 330

This doorbell camera is great. The two cameras mean I can see people and keep track of my package deliveries. easy to install and hook up to my Wi-Fi. The ai tells me when a package has been delivered and picked up and also identifies the people that come into view. Add the fact that there are no subscription fees and this is pretty much the best doorbell cam out there.

Well packed for shipping, with good instructions and easy to install write the first time. Android software is intuitive to use. Thank you!
