I wish I would have read more of the reviews. Our monitor stopped working at month 18, warranty is only good for 12 months and customer support is nonexistent outside one year. Shop somewhere else.

First off why the heck is the boxes to rwrite review black? You can't see what you're writting.dummy.

Anyway, it works good and mostly happy with it expect for if yiu don't have the alerts turned on the monitor will stay asleep even if the baby is crying. The only way to hear them cry is by waking the monitormanually or hving the alerts turned on. The alert is way to loud and long for whats needed to wake us. I don't understand the point of that. I want to hear the baby cry to wake me Other than that so far its fine 8 days in....

Our monitor completely stopped working 13 months after purchase. Reached out to customer service who offered no recovery due to a 12 month warranty. Went into detail regarding my son’s hospitalization and monitored care because we only turned on the monitor 4 months ago! The company still offered NO recovery whatsoever. I would never recommend this product nor would I purchase from this company again. $170 for a monitor that breaks right after warranty is up is absolutely ridiculous!

Eufy is excellent choice for free live views and inexpensive storage.

Great doorbell for a great price. Easy to install, looks good. I definitely feel more comfortable being able to see who’s outside my door, especially when I’m not home.

We loved our Spaceview Pro baby monitor when we first got it. It was so comforting to stare away at any time in the night at our new baby with our baby monitor. Fast forward to a year later, and it started to have battery issues. It now drains its battery so quickly there is no point leaving it unplugged if we want to use it. Additionally, we have to press on countless times to turn it back on, and even when we press off, it still transmits audio for some reason. Seeing other reviews, the problem is not the battery; it's the firmware. After we contacted Eufy, it was a long back and forth with a vague promise to get us a new monitor, but they just emailed me again saying sorry, it's out of warranty. Why couldn't they just say that from the beginning?

IWell, seeing the reviews, it is evident that the company does not want to lose money on this item. This product never should have been released with the current issues it is having, and the back and forth in customer service makes it that much more obvious. Don't buy it, you will regret spending more for the 'Pro' monitor. Stick to something you don't want to throw away after a year.

I loved this baby monitor but after having it for 8 months the monitor turns off numerous times while being charged and wont hold its charge at all. It has to be plugged in at all times and now that isn’t even working. I’ve tried emailing customer support twice now and have not heard back. From all the reviews I have seen, customer service hasn’t been the best.

After about 18 months the battery on the monitor started draining very quickly, and now it only lasts about 10 minutes without being plugged in. The worst part was that customer service absolutely does not care and will just tell you to buy a new one. We were hoping to use this monitor for all of our kids but are now searching for a different brand.

We loved our monitor and camera but the port for the cameras cord broke the very first time we had to move it! This is not worth the money if you cannot move the camera around as needed.
