Good product so far, for the price.

Works great

Low profile, cleans well, can fully clean 250+ square feet in a single charge. Fully covers the convoluted floor layout. Does a nice job tracking and notifying on replaceable supplies. After 2 years of use 4 - 5 days a week, the battery capacity has dropped too much to complete a cleaning. The replacement cost less than $25 and was an easy DIY replacement; really appreciate Eufy making this user-serviceable. Very happy with this purchase.

New model not the same

I originally bought this vacuum years ago and absolutely loved it until it ran over something it shouldn’t have and I decided to just trash it and get a new one. The new one I ordered is a new model and nothing like the original. Half the battery life (my old cleaned for roughly 120 minutes when this one makes it to 70 not cleaning the whole house like it used to) and unstructured cleaning. Today it cleaned for 15 minutes and then decided to head on home. Very unpleased with this new model and do not recommend.

Cannot find home

I purchased the G30 from Amazon on July 2 of this year. For the first couple of months, I was pleased, and it seemed to work great. Now in the last couple of months I think this thing has lost its mind. It cannot find the charging base anymore. Yesterday was the last straw. The thing reported that is needed to return to be recharged and it just drove itself around the house until the battery actually died. This has been the way of it for the last couple of months. I have no way to know if the unit is defective, or if this is inherent. It also took a tumble down the stairs about a week ago and the tempered glass broke. I am so fed up with it, I think I want to pitch it in the trash, but actually it is sitting in the shed to die a slow death. I don't want to, but I am going to try again, but this time I will be buying the L60.

This model is so quiet and has a better routing system than my older Eufy. So far, I love it!

Love it. Very quiet, great suction and really gets up the pet hair and dust (I have laminate floors)! Great value!

Battery died

It hasn’t even been a year and the battery already broke. It completely shuts down after a few minutes of cleaning and I have to manually put it back in the charging dock. Very disappointed
