pretty good and high resolution day and night

I have one Solo S40 camera and so far i love it. I love saving money by not having to use electricity to run it, also it doesn't require a subscription (another savings). The notifications are spot on. So far it's an all around great product at a great price.

The is camera is very easy to install and connect to its base and your phone. I was able to set preferences easily to maximize the battery. I have one outside that I have connected to a solar panel and that fixed the recharging issue.

works great. great video quality. easy to install. easy to connect to wifi. built well. mounted outside above my garage, it has withstood 3 hurricanes with no issues.

Great 2k camera with a built in solar panel. I replaced my ring cameras with EUFY security cameras and glad I did the switch. The night vision is so clear and you are able to see clearly. Wish I was able to do EV adjustment on the videos but maybe that just doesn't exist within these cameras. Overall it works great without any issues and if you contact customer support they will get back to you within a reasonable time frame. Setting up the camera was super easy without any issues. I have s380 homebase and this work flawless. While it's a 2k camera, I would be going forward to getting 4K camera from EUFY.

Bought a four pack. Two of them are now dead in two years time. Both cameras turned into a spotlight strobe and dies in a day or two. Look at Reddit. This is a big issue with their cameras. Customer service offered 10 percent off to buy more of these disposable cameras and waste your money. If you want poor customer service and cameras that do not last, spend your hard earned money on this garbage.

This is an excellent home security camera. Install is simple. Nice to not have to string wires, take down to charge, or connect a separate solar panel. Working great. It faces a street but ignores cars and only picks up people.

My review will be very similar to others here. We bought two and both only lasted around 14 months and both stopped charging and working within two days of each other. Don't fall for their guarantees. They lie. Over $400 for 14 months should be illegal. Shame on YOU Eufy!!

I like that the camera and solar mount are all in one. It makes it less cumbersome to install outside. It's also less obtrusive without the cords dangling. It's solid and heavy feeling. It's easy to mount and easy to set up. The quality is good and I can make out the video. It has good motion detection and the angle view is good.However the app feels sluggish. It takes a bit to load the video feed every time I start it up. I don't know if this is a security thing but it takes a few seconds before it shows me the video. That's the only thing I don't like about this. Other than that it works great and if you aren't tied into any particular brand, I recommend giving this a look.

This was an amazing product for about the first year we had it. Did everything expected and more. And have to say the idea of a stand alone, solar powered camera (with light) like this is just brilliant.

Unfortunately after a bit more than a year the product has stopped working. Specifically... The solar panel has become cloudy and uncleanable as if the coating has failed. It will not take a charge even when dismounted and taken inside. And it shows signs of water intrusion with brown/orange streaks inside the light housing.

All that said.... it was so good while it lasted we are actually considering if it's worth it to purchase and replace once a year.
