Well built and seems to be very effective - tested by placing in puddle of water(not submerged)and the sensors activated instantly. Notfication via phone by far is fast. Just add battery, place cover correctly, add to system app and you are good to go. Price is at par - affordable. I'm adding more around the house i.e. under sinks and behind toilet seats. Good idea to place another one next to the water heater tank. Highly recommended.

The sensor was easy to set up and use. It’s compact and will fit in a number of places. This one is being used by a tanked water heater to prevent basement flooding.

Easy to setup, great peace of mind knowing I have a monitoring device on guard for my hot water heater.

I like it

Tested it with water it worked. It notifies you with the area name you programmed it for (basement, etc.). Didn't test the freeze sensor.

We previously had the 200 series cameras but I wanted better resolution and a wider view. These were great. Sucked I had to get a new home base and all but I was able to give a family member the other cameras so they didn’t go to waste. Love the free recording feature and monitoring on the app. Cameras have been upFor 2+ months now and haven’t needed to charge them. Love the AI feature that recognizes familiar faces (so I don’t have to stalk ever since notification). Great cameras! Showing an image of zoomed out and zoomed in.

This was easy to hook up to my home network and set up for use. The battery has not ran out yet over 6 months. Our washer occasionally leaks and this has let us know right away with the alerts that we needed to check it out and we were able to clean up the water before doing any damage.
