These cameras work great, and the service is reliable. No ongoing cost to monitor my home is awesome.The AI in this model lets me screen notifications for non-family members. Awesome!!

Love the cameras. The batteries last a long time. Solar power is great. Some are in direct sun other aren't and they still charge and work well.Excellent picture.

Item works great and easily adds to Eufy app with sensitivity adjustments.

I've noticed that the external sensor doesn't trigger the camera too much sooner than the camera internal sensor.
Eufy really needs to step-up up their game in motion detection range & sensitivity, & pick up the pace on homebase decryption as well.
To me, if you are accessing either current events & past history on your account, it should be near instantaneous, which it never is.
Sometimes even that times out. So much for watching your home in near real time huh!
Oh, & we should be able to use our PC independent of our phone app.
And lastly, we should have an option like wired security systems where we can live view any or all of our cameras at once.

I have placed this right at the corner of my home just below the rain gutter and it works perfectly fine. Shielded from rains and sunlight. I have synced it up with the other Eufy Cameras that perfectly solves my problem recording all areas around my home triggering with the motion sensor as well as the camera sensors. Worth it!

We have added these sensors to high traffic or critical rooms/buildings on the property. The added sensors tie into cameras that activate recordings. Awesome addition to our eufy infrastructure.

I ordered the package that includes the homebase 2, motion sensor, and entry sensor over four weeks ago. When I received the system, not including the three motion camera lights and numerous other entry sensors, the entry sensors synched immediately. The motion sensors did not. After calling customer service three times and trying multiple possible solutions they still did not synch. 2 weeks ago they sent out five more motion sensors and those did not work either. The issue has been escalated and I have not received any response yet. Now with the holiday coming up I won't see any type of response for another five days. I have a fairly comprehensive system wich
I purchased solely through eufy, yet I am unable to finish this project nearly five weeks later. Ordering was more complicated than it should have been, each product separately instead of one order. Shipping took forever. No one seems to have a solution to this current motion sensor issue. Customer support is less than helpful or friendly. Frankly, if it weren't for the fact i already installed the cameras I would have returned my entire package. I hope someone from eufy reads this and reaches out immediately.
