eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro + Replacement Kits

Spent several weeks researching a robot to vacuum and mop my home, replacing a tired aging iRobot. Came down to three manufacturers Roborock, Ecovac and Eufy. Of course post purchase technical and customer support is an important part of purchasing and ownership. Emailed the three companies on two occasions to ask the same questions. Only eufy responded…..both times. Never heard from the other two.
The Omni S1 Pro exceeded my expectations with mapping, vacuuming and mopping never touching my furniture providing excellent results for my vinyl plank flooring with several area rugs! Friends and family remark on how the floors are so very clean. Have two fur babies and takes care of their furry hair.

I live with three kids, two cats, and two dogs so my house is no stranger to dirt, but I like to keep things as clean as I possibly can on a daily basis. One of my loooovely dogs decided to dig up all of the backyard grass which created a serious dirt issue for me. I was previously vacuuming and steam mopping my floors every single day, but even then I could not keep up with the continuous messes, and I felt like I was actually losing my mind. I am so happy that my internet searches for robot vacuum mops led me here. I've had my S1 Pro for about two weeks now, and my life has been easier every day since. I set the schedule for my robot to deep clean the floors three times a day and now I'm not scared to walk across the floor in white socks or (gasp!) even go barefoot in the house. I love that the package with extra supplies was an option to purchase up front. I have told everyone and anyone who will listen how much I love this thing. 🤣

It's the best machine by far if you have hard floors. I have two cats, and the robot efficiently vacuums the floors every day and mops my house twice a week, leaving my floors spotless and me satisfied with my purchase.
My home is a generous 1080 sqft, and the robot handles it like a pro, taking 97 minutes to clean and mop, and still having over 50% battery left.

Love everything about it

Ahhhhh! I love this thing! It vacuums so I don’t have to. Cat hair? Gone. Dog hair? Gone. I make a mess crafting? Gone. It does a good job avoiding things. I only had one issue with it sucking up a Pothos vine that had grown down the bookshelf and was laying on the floor. But it avoided all the dried leaves on the carpet because I’m really good at making my plants suffer between waterings. I had to free the pathetic eufy bot from the dread vine coiling through its sweeper brush.

One recommendation: we have an open floor plan, and it’s really hard dividing the rooms in the app. I want the dining room separate from the kitchen and living room, but a hallway splits the kitchen by the island from the dining room, so it’s hard to section off. It would be great if we could add multiple lines when dividing rooms.

Well packed and easy set up. Mapping started within 10 minutes of opening. Vacuuming and Mopping ran after initial mapping. (20 minutes to map ~1,900 sq feet). History on the application showed it ran 2 hours and 23 minutes to clean all our floors. A mix of 2 carpeting bedrooms and the rest, luxury vinyl plank floors. Robot easily climbed onto area rugs with 1/2" pad under them. Wheels only got tangled up on a small area rug with fringe that I should have picked up. ;) Vacuumed and mopped whole house while we watched a movie. Looks like it did a nice job! Mop did leave some streaks on LVP floor, but not terrible. Did a good job mopping and picking up the water from the mop brush. The floor dried quickly so no concern about getting the flooring too wet. Dirty water tank did its job and was easy to empty. Can't wait to see it running on a regular basis.

Pros are unlimited cons are not enough settings and adjustments

Better than my crosswave on the mopping and the best part is I don't even have to do anything besides hit a button.
