Solar-Powered Lighting Bundle

I purchased several S40’s for my property. They all failed within 6 months, water gets in behind the lens and the unit dies and hoes offline. They are really a piece of junk.
And they only function on 2.4ghz so if you have a 5Ghz router you will not be able to make it work.
Regret buying these and recommending them to friends. They also have the same issues.

I tried for over one hour to get this camera connected to my Wi-Fi and it kept declining it. This camera is a piece of junk.

The S40 is a terrible design. Within a year, the camera allowed moisture behind a glass lense and included a metal mount that began to rust heavily. The camera image gives the effect that it’s foggy. I was sent a 2nd camera with plastic mount. Within 6 months the lense allowed moisture again. This time it was beyond the 1 year warranty. I made the mistake of recommending the camera to my friends. Now I have to tell them the real truth. Buyer beware.
