Video Doorbell E340 + Floodlight Camera E340 + Homebase 3

The E340 doorbell and floodlight are great. They both are very clear and opem really quick in the Eufy Security app. The only thing I wish that the E340 doorbell could do is to record 24/7 like the floodlight. Eufy customer service is also great. They replied to my emails promptly and answered all my questions.

I ordered on 12/5 standard delivery 3-7 days. On 12/11 when my items had not shipped I called and was told that they had “escalated” my order and I should have it no later than 12/20. On 12/17 when my order still had not shipped I cancelled my order via e=mail and got no response so I followed up with a phone call and was told that my order was cancelled and I should see a refund in 2-3 days. Later that day my order shipped and I never received my refund. Items still arrived late on 12/21. I called and asked why I had not received my refund. They refused to pay for return shipping until I threatened to go to my credit card company. When I was finally provided a shipping label I was told to send them the shipping receipt and they would process my refund at that time. When I did they failed to process my refund and told me they had to receive product and inspect and then they would refund. It is 1/1 and I still have not received my refund. During this process I sent numerous e-mails (their preferred method of contact) which they never responded to. They failed to deliver on each and every promise they made me. At one point they offered me 10% off to compensate me for my time. Of course that was 2% more than they were now selling it for. The absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have no idea how their products work as I wanted nothing to do with this company after my experience.
