Works until it doesn't, with mediocre customer support

Thought the monitor was great until the battery stopped working after a few months; within a year, it wouldn't work unless plugged in, and even then it started shutting down every few minutes. Eufy then would not replace the monitor, even though the problem was a design flaw / not because of how we treated the monitor.

We are switching to another brand, and wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

Great until it’s not

Loved this monitor until it stopped working. I haven’t had it for a year yet. First one camera stopped panning and now won’t turn on, now the second camera won’t pan and is have connectivity issues. This is so inconvenient because one of my twins is now climbing out her crib and I can’t see her. What a waste of $240. Stay away.
