eufy Smart Display E10 + eufy HomeBase™ S380

After being pleased with having their first generation doorbell cam for years decided to invest in an updated setup with more cameras finally when black Friday deals dropped. I'm glad I did. The new doorbell is vastly improved and feature packed. The E10 display on sale I thought was going to be a gimmick but has proven to be very handy and intuitive. The wifi cameras were a breeze to install and setup as well. I ran into a mixup on the order delivery which ended up turning out fine. When I had contacted support, they we're very helpful and understanding. They took the extra mile to follow up several days later to make sure everything was ok! In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of the entire system is the software. It works like it should very smooth so far without any issues.

Put this camera on my property, my gate is 2 acres away and it works great. The wifi and detection let's me know who is at gate. Even tracks the vehicle and or person

Absolutely loving the display

The best home security camera on the market from my perspective, easy to use and set up, especially all functions I’m expecting all ready there. More importantly NO DESCRIPTION FEE compare with Ring and Xfinity I have last month. I would like to recommend to anyone who wants to save monthly FEE.

Works as advertised the AI could be better but it’s a nice idea needs improvement

Display E10 and homebase s380

The combo contains HomeBase S380 and Smart Display E10.

This is my second HomeBase S380. It's ok as a single, some devices got disconnected very often; a couple can't connect until I restart the HomeBase. Adding the second one does extend the range but the two doesn't communicate and I have to reconfigure the device. It resolve some of the issues, not all but it also introduces new issues.

The Smart Display E10 is still buggy. When I first set it up, it doesn't allow me to logon to my account. I reset my password as suggested but no help. Finally, I restarted the device and it starts connecting to my home. It doesn't have much additional feature other than display the cameras. It really slow to display the live video. Sometimes it takes more than 20 secs to display the door bell. Hope it works faster and have more basic feature such as custom home screen or even as digital photo display so it displays photo while not in use.

Over all, it's good and promising products as they got updates frequently.

The Eufy Display isn't good, you cannot speak to the Cameras, You can Barely hear them, but they can't hear you at All! I'm returning this Item.
