eufyCam S3 Pro 4-Cam Kit + 1 TB Hard Drive

I purchased 4 cameras for the front and back of my house with the intentions of buying 4 more in the near future for the sides of my house. 1 of the cameras that came would not remain connected to the home base. after reaching out to customer support they had me going back and forth trying this and that. It seemed never ending on the "task" I was being asked to do. When I complained they said in order to meet the warranty I had to do the task. So I gave up and only had 3 working cameras. Fast forward to now. I am looking to upgrade my system and reached out to the warranty department to see if things have changed and it is truly hassle free. I also responded to the string of emails on the previous claim and said I was unable to figure out how to perform that last task. The response I got back kind of surprised me. It said that the camera is bad and needs to be replaced but unfortunately it is now outside of the 12 month warranty window and I am S.O.L. The ultimate kicker is that the person who responded was the same person that was handling the claim.
I was expecting a response like well you can try this or possibly that or explain better how to do the task to try and get the camera to stay connected but nope it was you need a new camera but I performed my task well enough that I was able to frustrate you into giving up and now we don't have to replace it.

I would avoid people who purposefully deceive you and do not stand behind their products.

Very interesting, with cutting-edge technology I'm enjoying it... Very recommendable.

The Camera quality is outstanding but the size is a bit off putting. Biggest issue is the app has different settings for how the cameras react and send notifications based on how you have it set (eg. Home, Away, Geofencing, Schedule). The issue of custom ability with these settings has been out there for A LONG TIME but Eufy will not fix/do it. For example the ability to have the cameras on a schedule along with using geofencing where they will switch to away when you go away and switch to home when you are back home but an override so no matter where you are let's say at 11pm they switch to a night setting. Custom ability like this is not out of reach but as many have said online Eufy just doesn't fix/do it.

Having some of the best wireless cameras on the market without what the market is looking for in functionality will no doubt catch up to Eufy. For that I can only give 3 stars.

Love that I don’t need a subscription to view the videos. Cameras were pretty easy to install. There’s a little bit of a delay in the video stream, but it’s better than my previous cameras. Trying to set up the notifications through the app isn’t working. It gives instructions, but they aren’t applicable to my Samsung phone. Maybe it works well with iphone.

The cameras are good quality and the battery life seems good. I have a lot of problems getting the cameras to work properly in homekit, which I why I bought these. If I can't get help on the issue I will be returning.

Like the system. Easy to set up. Like the integrated solar. Camera are clear and night vision works well. It is having a hard time learning what is furniture vs a person. Or pet. So I get bombarded with notifications Hope it gets better.

Easy to install and set up as advertised, night vision is beyond incredible. I installed 4 cameras, and Some spots don’t get much sunlight, yet cameras are staying at full charge everyday so far. I ended up buying an add on camera and got rid of my ring doorbell and got one from eufy instead. I couldn’t be happier!l with my purchase.

Everything and more. Incredible system.
