How long does the battery last?

What is the function of the bypass button?

Press the bypass button for 2 seconds to temporarily disarm the device. When pressed, opening the door will not trigger an alarm when the system is armed. Bypass lasts for 120 seconds, after which the sensor will return to normal.

What is the detection distance for opening and closing? What does dual-sided detection mean?

Detection works within a 0.8 inch / 2 cm radius. Dual-sided detection means you can place the magnet on the left or right side of the main unit, and it will detect the opening and closing of doors / windows.

Sensors are probably great, Eufy ordering systems not so much.

Sensors are probably great but when trying to cancel the order before it shipped, it was impossible. Eufy’s sales systems send order to the warehouse almost immediately. Try and cancel online an hour after placing it, error code. Email support, 20+ hours to get a response. Live chat tells you tha once it’s sent to warehouse, that’s it. My order didn’t ship for 4 more days, their systems have 1 way limited communication. They sent it to me, had to flag FedEx to not deliver, it had to go back to warehouse, get inspected for damage, then another 3-5 days to process a refund. These 20 sensors can all send and receive with the home base while the home base is doing the same with multiple cameras. Their products are more advanced that their sales/shipping systems.

I was not able to return these sensors because of the refund policy. Even though the box is not opened! I can't return them because it's considered a bulk order.
