eufy Smoke Alarm E10（4 Pack)

I've set up 10+ eufy devices prior to these smoke detectors. They were all very quick and straight forward no issues time lags or difficulties. While setting up the smoke detectors I ran into time lags, and errors during set up, prompting me to contact Eufy, sharing emails, chats, and then after maybe 2-3 hours the 1st detector suddenly finished the set up. The following 3 detectors failed at least 2x during set up but just as mysteriously they completed the set up.

Let me start by saying I like Eufy products and they have pretty good customer support. I bought 4 Eufy smoke alarms to replace Nest ones that expired. With the Nest ones, you could silence a false alarm in the app. With the Eufy ones, I thought it would be the same. It is not. The only way to silence a false alarm is to push a very, very tiny button on the alarm itself. I'm very short and I have high ceilings. So this missing feature is something that is important to me. With a knee replacement, I don't want to be dragging out a ladder and climbing it to turn off a false alarm. So I'm a bit disappointed in the alarms, primarily because of the App lacking this function.

On a positive note, they are easy to install, quite lightweight and have a small form factor. So if climbing a ladder isn't a problem for you, you will probably like these.
