eufyCam C35 2-Cam Kit (Black)

this was an excellent buy. I purchased it from eufy.com. I received an offer for two cameras plus the mini base. Which works on Wi-Fi or the ethernet. It only cost $79. The camera is great. Excellent for indoor use. The cameras are made to easily change the area of view. They have a magnet on the back which easily clips into the small hole on the back. Comes with a small USB charger. So when the camera gets low on energy. It just take it down from wherever you have it magnetically attached to. Then just use the USB to charge it. I took the color black. It is a little harder to find it if you have a darker area. It does have motion detection. It also has a light if you want it on to alert or scare away a person. All in all this is one of the Best Buy is that EUFY has put out since I first purchased with them on Kickstarter about eight years ago. I 100% recommend this product. But I wouldn’t get it from Amazon. I would get it from eufy.com. Warranty reasons.

I've been using the EufyCam C35 set for about 2 months and it's been awesome! I have one camera facing my backdoor and the other inside a shed. Battery life is great. One camera detects a person about 10 times a day and after 2 months it is at 70% battery remaining. It's been super reliable in detecting people and pets and it hasn't missed. I've had very little false positive motion detections. Live view and accessing saved recordings takes only a few seconds.The camera kit was super easy to set up and I had no issues with the Eufy App. If you don't want to use the mini home base, you also have the option to connect the cameras directly to WiFi and save the recording on an SD card on the camera. Video quality especially at night is also really good. Also, love the magnetic mounts.

This is like an industry standard security camera. It has exceptional battery life (we're talking a few months, not a few weeks!), they're magnetic and have a permanent mount that you can put them on. They're made to be outdoors and look and feel so durable. There is a rubber plug that goes in the opening for the usb charging cable and it will keep water, wind, and weather out. They have their own storage capacity on an sd card (purchase a 250 gb sd card separately) so that you don't have to subscribe to a cloud service for video storage, capture amazing images in color even at night, are motion activated with varying levels of sensitivity, operate off an app, and are really simple to set up.These operate wirelessly, but you'll need to keep the hub near your router to ensure they've got connectivity. The cameras themselves operate anywhere. The eufy app is easy to install, set up and use.The directions in the box are a little spotty, but there is a QR code directing you to videos for installation and set up that make the process pretty simple.

It feels polished and dependable for both indoor and outdoor use.

These cameras have been great. I love that they came with both magnetic and screw on mounts. I am still learning how to get them completely set up so that they will detect any motion and notify me, but every time a person is nearby, the AI enhancement features kick in and recognize a human and swiftly notify me on my phone. I have them set up somewhat near to my wifi router, but I think I could set them up much further away and they would still work great. I have had no issues with their connectivity. Having the cameras on the front and back of my house gives me an elevated sense of security. the wide angle lenses can see a surprising amount of what goes on around my place. I also think that one of my favorite features is that I can install micro sd/tf cards into each camera AND the home base. this allows me to have a lot of local storage, and I would prefer that over using any cloud based system (although that is also an option with these cameras) The app is well compiled and fairly easy to use, and there are tons of features. overall I am pretty happy with everything this system has to offer.

I got these because I wanted a way to monitor when people come to my home. These cameras have amazing color night videos, which was the first thing I was most impressed with. The overall quality of the picture is not crystal clear, but you can see what’s going on. The magnetic mount for the cameras was the next thing that impressed me. I was able to stick one to my air conditioner as a test to see how these worked. I later put another one in my propane tank so that I could remotely monitor the amount in my tank, so I know when to call for a refill. The only gripe I have is that they don’t have any way to focus so the camera in the propane tank is not clear. These cameras only work on 2.4ghz but since the home base comes with these then that is not an issue. Setup was a little confusing. Set up the homebase first and then connect the cameras to the home base. The distance at which these work is really good. Home base is in the basement, and the cameras are outside about 75 feet away. Note, you do have to get an SD card for the homebase, but you don’t need them for the individual cameras. The cameras will record to the home base. The AI motion detection is cool as it will tell you if it saw a person, pet, car, etc. FYI, the home base is NOT POE.

In complete darkness, it switches to infrared, which is still clear enough to identify faces at close range. Local microSD storage works as advertised and it’s nice not to pay for cloud service.Battery life is decent, but not exceptional. The batteries will need periodic charging unless paired with a solar panel. Motion detection is accurate most of the time, but windy days can still trigger the occasional false alert.Overall, the C35 kit delivers solid performance for the price.
