Badly designed and flwaed product

After purchasing my doorbell I struggled to get it off the bracket. I believe there was a flaw in it that made it difficult to detach. Your customer service was very unhelpful, and the conversation dragged on beyond the warranty. FInally the little black plastic knob broke and the doorbell kept falling off. Customer serive would not accept my explanation that there was a flaw in the bracket and I finally had to purchase another on at $9.99. For all the money I spent to buy cameras and the hub and the doorbell, I ‘m not happy that you couldn’t replace a cheaply made and badly designer bracket. I would recommend to my friends to purchase another doorbell instead. Feel free to share this comment on social media.

Easy fix

Perfect replacement for the original mounting bracket which wouldn’t lock in the doorbell after a few uses. Everything is solidly locked in place now! Super easy to replace in just a couple minutes.

Poorly Packaged. Missing Mounting Hardware.

Put in a little plastic bag, thrown around and marked up. No mounting hardware included. Prior review was removed. Experience similar to the other one star review here. Second recent Eufy order with an issue. Sad sad state. Not an uncommon experience.

Wow. A Poorly Packaged Bracket With No Hardware. A shame that I waited for this only to not even get any proper mounting hardware for the countersunk holes in the mount even, The last two experiences with ordering something from Dufy have been awful. I expect this will not be addressed. Sad.

Overpriced; no hardware included & no returns

It didn’t come with any screws or anything else to mount it, for the price it could have at least included those. I requested a return and they said I had to pay to ship it back, which cost more than the total purchase price.

The doorbell and homebase work

The doorbell and homebase work great. One major issue is when Do Not Disturb is set on the iPhone the notifications don't come through, so request this be added as a feature.

Add on doorbell camera?

I have a eufy doorbell camera ( back door) and keyless deadbolt with a home base2 which I love. I bought the “add on” camera for my front door. The battery door bell camera does not come with a mounting plate. The mounting plate is out of stock. How can you sell an item that can’t be used? It’s lusted as an add on, as in adding it to my system, not a replacement for my other d.c. I love their products but this is a real lapse in business practices. Please let people know so they can get what they’re looking for.
Ps I emailed eufy last week, and no response.

I use to attach it with strong neodymium magnets attached, so the bracket could be stronger with thicker back.
