eufy Video Doorbell S4 connects to existing doorbell wiring supplying AC 16 - 24V, 10VA - 40VA. This wired-only model does not support daily battery-powered use or solar power. A small built-in battery provides emergency backup during outages.
Is eufy Video Doorbell S4 compatible with my smart home ecosystem?
eufy Video Doorbell S4 works with eufy HomeBase S380, HomeBase Mini, HomeBase Pro (T9000), and NVR S4/E50. It also supports chime functionality via HomeBase 2 and is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit (video resolution is limited to 1536p, and VR Mode and eufy OmniTrack™ are not supported).
Will my internet connection support 3K streaming?
An upload speed of at least 8 Mbps is recommended; 12 Mbps or higher may provide a better experience. A stable Wi-Fi connection or mesh Wi-Fi system can help support smoother streaming.
