Will removing the mounting sticker leave any marks on my window?
No. It uses a specially formulated adhesive that peels off cleanly at room temperature, without leaving sticky residue on your window.
Do I need a subscription to use core features like AI detection?
No. AI detection, 24/7 recording, and smart alerts work with no monthly fee. Store footage locally via microSD (not included) and keep full control of your privacy.
Why do I see reflections in the video at night?
The zero-gap mount helps block most glare. In some cases, with extra-thick double- or triple-pane glass, slight edge glare may appear and can be reduced with curtains, blinds, or the included anti-reflection stickers.
Can it work standalone or with other HomeBases / Smart home system?
It works as a standalone device. Also supports connection to HomeBase S380, HomeBase Mini, and HomeBase Professional for more features. Note: HomeBase 2 (HomeBase S280) and Apple HomeKit are not currently supported.
Where should I avoid using Window Camera E10?
1. Monitoring within 0.5 m away (e.g., bird watching, fish tanks).
2. On broken, frosted, or patterned glass.
3. In positions that may intrude on others' privacy.
4. On high floors looking down, as blind zones may increase.
