Up to 100 users with different passcodes and up to 50 fingerprints.
How to unlock the Video Smart Lock S330 when the battery dies? Does the lock still work with a key if out of power?
You'll get a low-battery notification when the battery is under 10%. If the battery dies, you can charge it via the port on the lock. Video Smart Lock includes 2 manual keys. You can find the cylinder under a cover and open it to use a physical key.
What kind of door is Video Smart Lock S330 compatible with?
Any door with a wood or metal construction should be suitable Dimensions required: Crossbore diameter: 38 mm or 54 mm. Backset: 60 mm or 70 mm. A hole: 25 mm. Door thickness: 35 mm-55 mm. Location of handleset greater than 150 mm.

Got this when it first came out almost 3 years ago. It's been fantastic. Never had an issue, battery life has been really solid lasting 3 to 4 months on average. I was worried about weathering and battery life when I got it but it still looks great even after being in the sun all day, and battery life is a non-issue, recharging it is also pretty quick. A couple new features were added in the first year which was helpful. Overall really pleased with how well this lock and chime work.

Watch the videos on how to set up the exact lock you have. Installation was a breeze. Important to know is, if your door isn't perfectly strait or close perfectly so the lock can open& close absolutely free like when the door is open, the lock will jam & not unlock or lock.

Installation was easy and connecting the lock to the eufy app was seamless. Video quality is much better than my blink video doorbell and notifications come in faster as well. Fingerprint scanner works seamless and it gives me a sense of security knowing that my home is secure

Coming from a similarly priced Schlage lock, I have to say this is years head in terms of quality, technology, ease of install and set up, app functionality. I have only had it for a few days, so will see how it stands the test of time, but my other Eufy lock, a simpler electronic lever lock, has worked really well so far. For what you get in the box (fingerprint/keyboard/physical key unlock, built in camera and bridge/chime), this is an absolute no brainer, it just works every single time. The technological, customer-focused progress of this company (with which by the way I have no affiliation whatsoever) is truly, truly remarkable.
