eufy FamiLock S3 Max

I was able to easily install myself. The app works very well and I had no issue connecting to wifi and getting it to work. I haven’t had any issues with the palm reader so far, which is a really convenient option. The screen/camera is also very clear and works well. I’m very happy I decided to go with this smart lock!

It works great and haven't had any problems with it since we got it. the extra battery is the best thing to how long it lasts. Palm always works and the back view is perfect for kids!

Love this smartlock works great!! People say the hand feature works when it wants mine works all the time without any problems. You must hold your hand at the distance it says.

Save a lot money for security system month fee

Opening the door hands-free, just scanning my palm is great. Its quick and accurate. Screen is a cool feature and the app ecosystem works well with their other products

I was so blown away by their S1 Pro floor cleaning robot, that I had to give this one a try. Their products work so well. I hope they keep innovating and pushing forward, because I’m a big fan.

I had the fingerprint version of the Eufy Smartlock (T8530) for over a year now and it worked just fine 99.9% of the time. The couple times it doesn't drives you nuts though. Usually due to cold fingers or maybe poor enrollment. Mine seemed to always work, my wife struggled some.This seems to solve for that. Enrolling her hands took longer than mine to enroll, but unlocking is equally quick. The install is super simple, you can connect to a Homebase or your router directly. It seems to discourage using it with the Homebase, but I did (Homebase 3). The field of view seems wider on this smart lock and I'm REALLY looking forward to the longer battery life which was my principal complaint with the old unit.

I absolutely love this Eufy FamiLock S3 Max. I have used other smart locks before, but this one immediately stood out and became a no-return purchase for me.The palm vein recognition is the real differentiator. You walk up, raise your palm, and the door unlocks. No keys. No codes. No phone. It just works. Once you experience it, it is hard to go back, especially when your hands are full. We have multiple users set up, including my wife and me, and it recognizes each of us quickly and consistently.I also love the built-in camera and doorbell. When someone rings the doorbell, there is a screen on the back of the lock so you can see who is outside without using a peephole. It feels thoughtful and very well designed.Being part of the Eufy ecosystem with the HomeBase makes everything seamless. The video quality is clear, the app is easy to use, and the overall system feels solid and secure.There are a lot of smart locks on the market, but the palm scan feature is what sold me. It is simple, fast, and genuinely useful in real life.

Very pleased and I recommend this to everyone in my condo building. Solves the tiny useless peephole problem in our door. Forgot your keys, no problem. Install took longer than 15 minutes but I always take longer to do things the first time. The phone app easily controls many great features like alerting and registering all comings and goings. Great sale price now too.
