You just never know anymore in today’s world. These cameras are AMAZING. Super impressed with the camera that follows your every movement, zooms in and does AI recognition. Strongly recommend. You get what you pay for!

I can't say enough good things about this camera system. The app is very easy and intuitive to use. The AI camera tracking is also incredible. The dual cameras is a great feature as well. I have them pointed in different directions, and if the fixed camera detects motion the PTZ camera will quickly move to pickup whatever the fixed cam detected. I ended up getting additional cameras. The app is also great, you can make many customizations. The customizeable motion detection areas is also very effective and accurate. It seems like it's accurate down to the foot, maybe less. I love that the cameras are smart enough to tell the difference between humans, pets and vehicles. Because of this, you can tailor the notifications you get. I let my dog out the back every night, and I don't want notifications when I do so. So I can just turn off notifications for pets on that specific camera. This is a really great system. We'll see how it holds up.

So much better quality than the Wi-Fi cameras I had. The motion tracking feature is really nice. I highly recommend.

It an excellent camera

After years of dealing with our unreliable WiFi front door camera (nicknamed the “Pest Cam” because it only seemed to fail when we actually needed it), we decided to switch over to a wired PoE system. The difference has been immediate. No random disconnects, no waiting for a feed to load, just steady recording all the time.The setup was straightforward, and I appreciate that it records locally without requiring a paid subscription. The picture quality is sharp, and the motion tracking feels smooth and responsive. The AI has also been good at cutting down false alarms, so we aren’t constantly pinged for every passing shadow, small bunny, non-corporeal entity the pest cam thought it picked up while never being able to see who was actually ringing the doorbell in real time.It’s been a big upgrade in peace of mind compared to WiFi cameras, and worth the change.

Security camera systems are two things: confusing, and expensive. This system is neither. I was amazed how easy it was to setup, and how inexpensive over other systems we've seen. I'd never heard of eufy brand before, and I've since seen their camera systems at two other major warehouse and retail brand stores. The quality and detail is really great too, which is nice in low light/night time. We have wild critters all over the place and now we can see what exactly has been making a mess out there.Not to mention the piece of mine when we're out of town. If you're looking for a system, give this one a try, and don't be deterred by the price tag. You get a lot more than some of the more expensive systems out there.

I would rate this 4.5 stars but the reason I’m giving it 5 is because I knew some of the limitations of this system.Pros: fast controls, excellent image quality, excellent tracking, great AI detection and recognition, great eufy App, so many cameras and being able to point the ptz a different direction than the top wide camera provides more coverage, NVR runs quiet and cool and is very responsiveCons: no HomeKit or Matter integration, small included hard drive (I upgraded to 8TB Seagate Nighthawk AI HD which suits my needs), no good web portal/can’t access the NVR unless it’s plugged directly into into a monitor which can be a pain if you mount it somewhere out of the wayOverall this is a great system, just know that you are going to want to put it somewhere easily accessible and if you are away you are relying solely on the app to control.

We've had cctv cameras for many years. The overall quality of the NVR cameras is like night and day.Initial setup is a breeze but be sure to remember' or better yet write down what your input was.The final setup will take a little longer because of all of the options that are available.The number one thing with Eufy, you don't have to pay for a cloud account but it's available if desired.

I've got a few other eufy products and was looking for a local home security system. I am over subscriptions. Eufy has put together a great product, everything is super simple to set up. PoE makes connecting the cameras quick and easy. Depending on the run though you may need to get longer cable. Software is fantastic. Camera quality is tops. It makes me wonder sometimes when you see security footage and they are looking for people, how old is their tech. I wish the drive was an SSD and not HDD but any expansion I do I will use SSD. Plenty of room for growth on this. Really pleased with this system.
