Up until now I've used the wyze robovac and it's done a decent job. I've been excited to try a mopping vac. Setup was straight forward. If you're used to the robot driving around to map the room and see this eufy sit in one place and spaz out spinning in circles, don't worry it's doing it's thing. Mapping took a while but it got everything it needed to clean our kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms without my interference as long as doors are open. You can set different modes for each room (ex mop and vacuum the kitchen, only vacuum bedrooms) and the low setting for spraying solution is light enough I'm not worried about the hard wood floors. It does just as good of a job as manually wet swiffering.I've been using mine for a month and the only thing it's really not great with is grout between the kitchen tiles. I manually wipe over it because it seems to leave some mud around.Price is a difficult subject. Obviously I've got a bit of bias as I received mine to review; >$1k is a steep price to not have to vacuum and mop. I probably would have never considered it just because of the price. In a flat home like mine though, setting it up and leaving it really helps, especially since I have two cats, the constant cleaning really helps minimize pet fur clumps. In hindsight, I'd say it'd be a worthwhile purchase.

This handles both hardwood floors with the mop function and has amazing suction for carpet. Once setup this is ready to clean your entire floor. Perfect for the homes with both wood and carpet. Did an outstanding job!! Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I have been needing a robot vacuum for the longest time since mine died. I've been hesitant to spend so much money on one and luckily, got this one to try out. I am in love! This eufy vacuum is simply the best on the market, let me tell you why. The system is way too smart. You download an app to connect it. It was a bit tricky to find out where to download. You need to look on the box for the QR code or open up the top of the vacuum for one. It connects very easily. You can set the robot to map out your house. It will scan the entire house on each floor and memorize it. The best thing about this robot? It does NOT bump into anything while it works, wow! My old vacuum would bump and you'd hear it thud loudly. This eufy one is so great. It has the ability to read if it's working on rug, carpets or bare floors. It will switch out the brushes while it vacuums to ensure it's picking up the maximum amount of dirt. The noise level is alright. It is not quiet but it is not loud either. You just continue on without really paying attention to it. It has such a powerful suction when vacuuming. Its brush will reach out without the actual vacuum hitting corners or sides. Also, if you use the mopping feature, behold your amazement. If your mopping feature is on, when it reaches rugs or carpets, it will know to shut off the water so that you don't get everything wet! How amazing. Then, it knows to go back to its station to dump the dirty water and get clean water to continue its job. I just can't believe this product. It is so carefully thought out. The price is very high but given what it does, it surely is worth it! It is comparable to others on the market, for sure. I highly recommend this product.

As an owner of previous eufy robots I can ensure you that this is a significant upgrade. The robot takes a quick couple minute tour of your house and instantly has a perfect map. It doesn’t crash into things. It doesn’t get stuck. It learns from its mistakes and it mops the floor. I had a robot mop from another name brand and it didn’t work well at all. This does awesome touch up work and cleans itself. This was the best thing that has ever happened to me. It’s a cheaper investment than a house cleaner so just do it.My only complaint is that it doesn’t warn you that your dirty water tank is filling up and it will stop mid job to tell you to empty it (after many uses). This is inconvenient if you aren’t home when it is cleaning.

This is beyond fabulous. I’m so pleased with the effortless cleaning on my part. It does a great job. The unit is bigger than I thought but it is amazing and simplifies my cleaning efforts be it vacuuming or washing floors. Win, win!!

Ok... I have to say it, this is by far the coolest vacuum I have ever owned. If this robots and humans become friends, this is where it starts! I have to admit, I was pretty frustrated at first with this thing. I opened it up set it up, pugged it in and what I got, was a voice telling me that the vacuum was not turned on, and that I must first flip the switch to engage the vacuum. I could not find the switch for quite some time. So I started to look for the instruction Manuel. Sadly there was none that I could find, only a small booklet with warnings in various languages. So the search continued. I had just about given up when I happened to look at the top of the box, and there it was! A picture diagram with the few simple instructions to make this amazing machine come to life. Once I opened the magnetic back of the vacuum and turned on the switch. Magic began to happen. This little vacuum came to life. It even speaks to you, and it is very polite I might add. It has a little camera eye in the front and sensors all around. It cleaned my floors and then moped them as well! Moving around like a little pet. This thing deserves a name for sure. In the process I discovered another cool feature about this vacuum. I moved the base while it was cleaning. Then I pressed the home button. The vacuum found the base on its own, and backed right in! It then had a self emptying and cleaning process where it dumps the dust and whatever it picks up into a disposable vacuum bag. And the mop part... It self cleans as well. What is more, it has a drying function so the little mop brush is warm and clean like coming out of a dryer all fresh! Superb! Yes the price is more than I would ever pay for a vacuum typically, but as a pet that you don't have to feed or clean up after, and a polite little friend, this vacuum may just be worth it. Really cool

I feel like a total fan girl geeking out over this item! I’ve tried all kinds of tech, but this one is truly impressive. It was a little overwhelming at first, and when I tried to scan the QR code, it didn’t work. I had to go directly to Amazon to get a better understanding of the product. Ultimately, I left it to the teenagers to figure it out, and they did! We’re all impressed. We even named him Wall-E. So far, so good!

I watched so many videos before picking this up that I thought I knew what I was getting into. Now after a couple weeks of solid use I cannot sing its praises further. The vac side of things are lacking even more so than other brush roller versions of the same product... but that is not what you buy this robot for. You buy this for the full size mop roller and the fact that it can pickup the dirt before mopping your entire house.Not only does this robot perfectly map your entire house but it also maps out where your area rugs are and items around the house so it can effectively clean your spaces. The robot then drives around your home sucking up debris and mobbing your tile and hardwoods. After a bit it drives itself back and farts out the debris into a bag and pisses the dirty water into a bowl. Finally when its completed cleaning your house it drives back to the dock, washes the roller with clean water and blows hot air over it to further clean and sanitize the robot.I am in love with this thing and if the price were half of what it is... I think every home would have one. The only reason this is not the best robot mop/vac in the world is because the cost is so high. If you have the money to buy one of these do not think about it... buy it. This is it... this is the future of floor cleaning. Buy this NOW!
