FAQ

Is the voltage universal? Does RoboVac come with a charger for my region?
Robovac works with the voltages from 100 - 240V; a charger for the region it is sold in is in the packaging. If you want to use your RoboVac in other countries, you will need to use a plug adapter.
What's the BoostIQ™ feature?
The BoostIQ™ feature automatically increases the suction power if it detects stronger power is needed to ensure the best clean, which is ideal for cleaning thicker carpets and hard-to-clean messes.
How do I identify if RoboVac is using the BoostIQ™ feature?
RoboVac 11S is in the BoostIQ™ mode by default, which you can see on the display of the remote control. To change the default suction power to Auto Cleaning mode, just press the ""fan"" icon repeatedly to adjust the suction power level. The power level's corresponding icon is displayed on the remote controller.
Note:
When RoboVac starts cleaning in Auto or Single Room mode the next time, it will clean according to the suction power level you previously selected.
How long will RoboVac clean after a full charge?
A fully-charged RoboVac will clean approximately 100 minutes in Standard Mode on hard floors.
How long does it take RoboVac to charge from 0-100%?
About 5-6 hours.
What is the lowest height RoboVac can pass under?
The lowest height RoboVac can pass under is 2.87 in/ 73 mm.
Can I use one remote control to control more than one RoboVac at the same time?
RoboVac is controllerd via infrared technology from the remote control. One remote control can control more than one RoboVac at the same time.
Where should I use RoboVac?
1. Use only indoors and on dry surfaces.
2. For optimum performance. It is not recommended to use RoboVac on thick (total thickness over 26 mm /1.02 in) or plush carpets.
3. Do not use on very dark-colored floors.
4. Do not leave trailing cables as RoboVac may become entangled in them.
5. Do not use it on the carpets that have tassels, as the tassels may entangle RoboVac.
What objects should I avoid vacuuming with RoboVac?
1. Liquids.
2. Chemicals, inflammable and explosive hazardous materials.
3. Sharp objects such as broken glass, construction waste, screws, etc.
4. Burning objects such as cigarette butts, matches, and ash.
5. Pet excrement.
How does RoboVac navigate?
RoboVac uses Bounce technology to navigate when cleaning. RoboVac changes directions when it encounters obstacles and works in a back-and-forth traveling motion. Different cleaning modes has different paths.
Will RoboVac fall down stairs when working?
No. RoboVac has drop sensors.
Anti-drop sensors prevent RoboVac from tumbling down stairs and steep drops. They may work less effectively if they are dirty or on very dark-colored floors. It is recommended to place a physical barrier to block off problem areas where the device may fall.
What does the status light on RoboVac indicate?
Breathing orange: Charging
Solid blue: Standby / Cleaning / Fully charged
Solid orange: Low power and returning to charging base

This is my second Eufy

I love my Eufy robo vacuum. I purchased my first one several years ago and it has worked wonderfully for me. Recently one of the navigating wheels stopped working so I got a new one. I feel the first one had more than earned it's time for retirement - going from hardwood to carpet to throw rug to over a lip of about 1.5 inches to our tile floors and then down another lip of the same height to carpet to completely vacuum our main floor regularly for several years. The replacement works just as well and I'm glad to have it.

Basic done well

If you are looking for an automatic cleaner without an app that effectively cleans them you have found the product for you. I can't attest to it's ledge detection but on a single floor it works amazing. I'm constantly surprised at how much dust and hair it picks up

Still going strong 3 years later!

Besides purchasing a new battery for it about 8 months ago, I haven't had to do hardly anything to keep it going for the last 3 years. It's easy to clean, doesn't get stuck nearly as much as my roomba, and it easily keeps up with my 2 XL shedding dogs. For a fraction of the cost of other "fancier" robo vacs, this is well worth it's cost and doesn't cause nearly as much of a headache.

Worth it

Works great on my tile floor. Does not get stuck anywhere for me. It will miss some more difficult edges, but I knew that before buying. I bought it for it’s mopping ability and here it doesn’t disappoint.

Best robot vacuum if you have lots of hard floors.

I've had: Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, Dreame X40 Ultra, and now Eufy S1 Pro.I feel all Robots vacuum carpet equally well, at least I've not notice a difference between any of them. They get rooms looking clean, in actuality they're probably like 95% clean which is good enough.Mopping is a huge differentiator. I would not buy another robot that drags a pad around. Spinning disk is such a big step up. And then S1 Pro again another step up and on a level all its own... S1 Pro keeps hard floors 100% clean. I'll never mop again. If you have lots of hard floors I'd highly consider S1 Pro. If you have just some maybe settle for robot with spinning pads.Mapping/navigator is another huge differentiator. Roborock is great, it just works. Eufy is also great... very close if not equal. Dreame struggles a bit more.App... they're all doing well. They could all probably be better in some way.If I had to do it over again I'd buy a Eufy S1 Pro. Its all around great, and outstanding on hard floors. Next best IMO would be a Roborock with spinning mop pads. I find the S8 Pro Ultra to be super solid, if it only had spinning mop pads... I think their new Revo line or something is just that.

Quiet and Efficient

I'm very impressed with this little vacuum. I use it daily, gets up all dust, dirt, and pet hair! The only issue is can't connect to phone via app and the timer will not set but I can live with that! Highly recommend!
