Piece of Cake

Ordered this to replace unit that failed after four years. Delivery was on time and replacement of the faulty unit took less than five minutes.

Easy peasy

Self diagnosed that our Eufy was spinning in circles due to a failed wheel. Found the part (easy) ordered the part (easy) free shipping (Easy). 3 days later a box shows up and 10 minutes later Eufylife is running straight.

Eufy 11S wheel replacement

Electric motor on old wheel seized up--probably a bad bearing. Replacement wheel worked great and was easy to install. Unit is now working like new.

Exactly what I needed

I've had my Eufy 11S for many years now. Never had any trouble until recently it just started going in circles. I read online it could be a problem with the wheel. I ordered this replacement wheel and my RoboVac is working great again. I like how easy Eufy makes it to order replacement parts.
