RoboVac 15C MAX

The RoboVac 15C Max was a great purchase for the price. However, internet advertising was misleading. The web page showed the 15C Max with 2 brushes, left and right. The 15C Max I received only had 1 brush, the right side. When eufy was contacted, they stated that the one brush 15C Max was an engineering up-grade. Regardless, false advertising. And no remote was included, even though I believed a remote was implied in advertising

She does a wonderful job.

I've only used it three times but so far so good. I like how low it is - good for getting under beds and other furniture.

Had a bit of trouble getting it to work with our internet but Eufy customer service solved the problem, quickly.

I have cheap apartment carpet and the vacuum does a great job in keeping it clean. Very quickly I knew to tuck away any wires and put away any flip flops. After i learned that, the machine knows my room and cleans seamlessly. The replacement filters are super cheap on Amazon and work great.

This has saved my sanity. No more vaccuming except my stairs and porch! We actually have two - one up stairs and one down stairs. They work awesomely well!

Best RoboVac !!!

We named it Pablito. I love pablito. He's my best friend. We've had him for 9 months now. His left leg/wheel is broken, wont spin easily. Luckily its only $10 to replace and fix. I come home to clean floors every day after work. Its perfect!

I had my first Eufy Robovac 15C Max for several months when it stopped working one day and was giving me an error message which the app was stating that the drop sensors were dirty and needed to be cleaned, I didn't realize How much I had been depending on this vacuum and how much work it actually did. once I had to go back to sweeping my house everyday, because I have two dogs, I realized I really need to get my Eufy fixed! I fallowed all the troubleshooting guidelines that the website offered but could not get the Error to go away. After many attempts to fix it myself and taking it completely apart and cleaning everything with a dry towel, I contacted Eufy customer service. I have never had a customer service/warranty experience like I did with Eufy, I was expecting the typical hassle, a lot of questions and the company to tell me there was either nothing they could do or that they wanted me to mail it to them for them to look into it themselves. Once I contacted Eufy I was blown away with how well they handled everything and they really went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and happy. I will make a long story short but the details in the process is really where Eufy out did themselves in customer care after the sale. I was asked to send my model's information, describe the error or issue, send a video of the vacuum not functioning correctly and a copy of my order confirmation from Amazon. After a same day review of my emailed information the same representative sent me an email thanking me and explaining that I was covered under warranty and I LITERALLY had a brand new vacuum in my house within the next two days!! Not only does the product do an amazing job and I only have to sweep the nooks and crannies once or twice a month, but the customer service of the company is what really blew me away! So much so that I am writing this review and I do not typically write reviews but I believe that this company definitely deserves it for how good they have been to me when my Eufy vacuum tore up! I have told all of my friends that have robovacs about my experience and that Eufy is where it's at, so much so that my partner has expressed to me how disappointed he is with his IRobot Roomba and likes my Eufy Robovac so much better that he is considering selling his Roomba and purchasing another Eufy for our upstairs since my Eufy tackles care of the downstairs, he complains that his Roomba is always getting stuck, is loud, aggressive and bumps our antique furniture way too hard, constantly having error messages, never finishes a job and always dies before it makes it back to its dock, it will roam around trying to "dock itself" for hours until it just dies. He hates it and regrets not getting an Eufy because mine is so quiet, gentle on our furniture but works hard and gets the job done, rarely gets stuck and always makes it back to the dock. Get yourself an EUFY Robovac!!! Next on my Wishlist is a hybrid vac and mop because the entire downstairs is hardwood floors!!! I will have one as soon as I can afford one again!
