        Life changing

        I have a 3.5 year old and there's always something on the floor. I set this up and haven't looked back! I schedule it to run at 1:00 AM when no one is on our main floor and it's quiet enough that no one wakes up. It took me a few days to get all of our cords out of the way, but now it operates pretty flawlessly.

        It does have some trouble sometimes getting back to the charging unit, but I just pick it up and take it. But it's a minor flaw compared to the job it does.

        The efficiency and low noise level of this machine is remarkable. For my first use, I vacuumed with my upright because I knew there was going to be a lot of dog hair from one of my two fosters. The upright has the infrared debris sensor which I love because you may think you have been thorough but the vacuum is telling you there is more, you're not done. I started the G10 as soon as I finished with the upright. The results were stunning. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I am thorough, I cannot always move the furniture to get under it but the G10 had no problem. I am so glad I bought it. All I have been doing is cleaning floors after the dogs and it has started to get to me. Their owner died suddenly in April and I am trying to find them a home. The G10 is really going to be a big help.

        I will recommend this to anyone I have a big house 2 kids a dog a cat and a little bird my husband is always in and out of the house tracking dirt and stuff inside the home this is a life saver I vacuumed 2 time a day and this has made my life easier the suction is good the battery last a long time I live in a two story home and I only had to refill the water compartment ones for my full downstairs she doesn’t do a deep clean by any means but for and every day clean is great one thing to note for the most part she sensors when something is in front of her like wall or big item but for example with the legs of my coffee table she nocks them but nothing major another thing when she is going back to the charging base is funny to see her get a little bit lost but she gets back to it eventually for the most part is great the day it breaks I’m definitely buying another one

        Today my Eufy had an error. I contacted customer support and was quickly taken care of (even though my machine was out of warranty). Jordan was fast, easy to work with and a great customer service rep!

        We live very rurally and do not have internet so I am not able to use all of the features for my Eufy. This makes the navigation of the machine less than optimal. But it does get the job done and I am very happy with my purchase.

        Good little robot

        This is a very basic robot. The mopping is basically a microfiber cloth that you wet and is attached to a water tank. You refill the tank every time you want it to mop but it does a pretty good job if you take the time to do this. My house is noticably cleaner. The vacuum is your basic vacuum suction without brush. Perfect for tile but not recommended for carpet or rugs.
