The vacuum works well, it does not go over area rugs though, it just pushes them around. Not that big of a deal. The mop is great if your house stays pretty clean, but does not clean well enough for a home with lots of spills. Luckily we are empty nesters and can deal with that easily. Still, overall, a good time-saving robot vacuum.

After long research on the internet before buying a robot vacuum, I decided to buy The Eufy X10 Pro Omni, and what a great choice I made!The design, the software and the operations, all combine to complete a wonderful icon of engineering.The installation was a breeze, setting up all the pieces, installing the app and paring the robot was far from a headache, it was absolutely a pleasant experience.On the first run, I ordered the robot to map the house (which is around 2000 sqft) - took the order start roaming in the house for about 10-15 minutes mapped it wonderfully (it struggled with mirror walls and added some extra area - but that was manageable within the app)The cleaning is great, I put it on schedule every other day, to mob and vacuum, and I can do room cleaning too - so I might send it to the bedroom, or the bathroom and it will go instantly and start the cleaning process without any issues.The obstacle recognition and avoidance are amazing, it will not get stuck - it will always find its way out or it won't get in narrow places in first place - the software is pretty damn good in this. BTW, the option to take images was removed from the AI.See settings. I called the customer support, and they promptly replied after one business day with the information I'm seeking.So far, I'm very pleased about its cleaning process versus value. Great job Eufy keep it up and keep on updating the software.

I’ve tried many robot vacuums and this is the best. Vacuuming is great but the mopping is so good. I’m 76 with back problems and it’s so nice to have my vacuuming and mopping done. Very quiet I highly recommend it.

I’ve had many many robots in the past, all of the major brand players. This is my first Eufy and I’m amazed. This robot does exactly what it’s advertised to do. I have 5 dogs and after this thing is done on a run, you’d never be able to tell! It picks up pet hair well, avoids obstacles like a champ, and is very easy to use.

My roomba j9+ sucked at picking up cat litter, loud, and bumped into furniture a lot. This Eufy has more features, quiet, less bumping, great suction for cat litter. I’ve only ran it three times. Today running on standard as opposed to turbo and it did a better job than my other unit. So for my liking I’ll be running on turbo. It takes longer but I love its cleaning power.

Cleans great in a house with a furry dog and cat!

I like everything about the eufy vac/mop. I had trouble understanding how to set up a cleaning. but eventually figured it out. The one thing that continues to frustrate me is the inability to go over my thin mats. I have your typical door mat rug eufy can’t go over it. The rug flips. My kitchen mats get pushed. The other reviews said eufy can go over them and that was one of the reasons I bought it. I even measured the mats before purchasing b/c it’s a big deal to me. Well needless to say I’m disappointed. However, eufy hasn’t got stuck yet so a plus there.

I really wish I had this little cleaner about 10 years ago when we were having people over all the time for get togethers. After the pandemic everything slowed down and we don’t host as much. However, this little mop and vacuum has been so wonderful when we do host. It cleans so well. I’ve only had it for less than a month so I will update later. But so far so good. 😊👍
